A Slice of Life furry comic by Tootaloo and FoxBoy83 about a twenty-something vixen named Red. Having just lost her job and apartment, Red catches an unexpected break when her grandpa offers her a place to live at his house while he's on an extended trip. However, he neglects to mention that it's a boarding house inhabited by four other vixens of various species, and she's their new landlady.

Can she handle this unexpected responsibility?

Pages can be found on FoxBoy83's social media and on vixenlogic.com Some pages feature uncensored nudity so be cautious about direct links.

Tropes:

  • Bookworm: Marble is a librarian with a fondness for old books, her coworkers claiming that she's too lenient towards books that are obviously in too bad a condition to keep in circulation.
  • Broke Episode: After Red finds out that she's paying for groceries and the house's maintenance costs she panics over how she's going to afford it given she has no job other than freelance art and her credit card debts. Fortunately Zerda commissions her to illustrate her children's book project, and then the vixens pay rent.
  • A Dog Named "Dog": All of the vixens but Marble are named for their species. Common name in Red and Arctica's case, scientific name for Ferra and Zerda. Marble is named for her color morphnote  instead.
  • Driving Stick: Red learned to drive her grandpa’s truck, but still needs a reminder to use the clutch when she and Ferra go on a grocery run.
  • Eyes Always Shut: Ferra always has her eyes closed.
  • Furry Reminder: Some filler strips show that Arctica has trouble with hot weather, one Super-Deformed page that shows all the vixens (save for Zerda) suffering in the summer heat shows Arctica as a melted puddle on the floor.
  • Haunted House: The vixens avoid room 2D on account of the odd noises that come from it, Arctica even stating outright that she thinks it's haunted.
  • Poor Communication Kills: Red's grandpa neglected to mention that he wanted her to take over his boarding house, or even that it was a boarding house, and Marble's reaction suggests it's not the first time he's done something like that.
  • "Psycho" Shower Murder Parody: One strip starts with a silhouette that appears to be holding a knife approaching Red in the shower, only for the next panel to reveal it's just a Tibetan fox holding a hair brush. Red is spooked anyways.
  • Shower of Awkward: Red finds out about the tenants when Ferra walks in on her while she's using the "gym locker" style communal shower. Leading to Red running wet and naked out of the shower, bowling over Zerda, and slipping just in front of the front door before Marble explains who all those people are.
  • Super-Deformed: There are some "chibi" style filler strips for when the artists miss an update, usually depicting the chibi vixens in the same situation as the artist (blackout, moving, extreme summer heat, etc)
  • Supreme Chef: Ferra handles most of the cooking for the boarding house, and she's very good at it judging by Red's reaction.
