Trigger Elliot is a bounty hunter who travels around the galaxy with his not-so-fully-licensed-and-technically-illegal-hunting-partner Vahn Gavotte. They’re lousy at what they do and often resort to petty tactics just to get a bounty, this is their life.
Their home planet, June7, is a world rebuilding itself from an inexplicable catastrophic phenomenon that destroyed 75% of the planet’s surface. It has been 5 years since the destruction of June7 and the planet now thrives on the transient and growing population of bounty hunters. Trigger and Vahn’s routine changes when a ambiguous huge bounty surfaces; an alleged bounty hunter killer named the ‘ghost’ with frightening abilities and an unknown motive. When Trigger’s past catches up with him, there begins a strain on his and Vahns hunting dynamic, forcing them to become further involved in chasing the elusive and unpredictable ghost.

General Tropes:
- Artificial Limbs:
- Andrew has a right arm prosthetic from a previous accident.
- After Trigger had his right leg blown up, Andrew takes him to get an artificial leg.
- Dark and Troubled Past: A lot of characters seem to have some form of dark past.
- Something happened to Vahn's parents and they seem to have died at least once, considering The Crane Woman knows them intimately
- Trigger's treatment of Vahn mirrors Raz's treatment of Trigger, and it was confirmed that Raz literally kicked Trigger out without prior warning.
- Boggs is estranged from her parents. And the reason she and Trigger broke up was because he abandoned a mutual friend to die and never apologized for it, instead deciding to run away.
- Deal with the Devil: Any deal with the entity Medium is essentially this. If you don't hold your end of the bargain Medium will come hunt you down and eat you alive. So far, the confirmed dealmakers have been Ghost, Nowe and Trigger.
- Eldritch Abomination:
- The Ghost, a murderer who kills people with his eldritch arms.
- The Medium, a supernatural being who has multiple eyes, can manipulate reality and is always hungry
- Interspecies Romance: Trigger, a human, was confirmed to be in a past relationship with Boggsmouth, a Bolobogan
- Multi-Armed Multitasking: Nowe has 4 arms, which means more arms for him to pet cats.
- Our Gods Are Different: Specifically, Death itself. Known as the Crane Lady/Vivian, she is a tall, beautiful and maternal woman who also knows Vahn in a familiar way.
- Scary Teeth: My, what big teeth General Fiachra has.... on a less comedic note, Aiden Cadogan's teeth denotes him as a cannibalistic serial killer.
- Unrequited Love: Unfortunately, Nowe's affections are not reciprocated by Erich.
