is an American YouTube personality who is best known for his Bored Smashing and 50 WAYS TO BREAK series of videos.
These videos typically involve the destruction of a popular piece of technology, while also implementing comedy skits.
In addition to these, he has a few other series such as
- Moving On...: King upgrades a specific piece of technology to a newer version.
- HOW TO FLEX: King "teaches" the viewer how to flex a certain product.
- HATE COMMENTS: King reads out a bunch of randomly chosen hate comments from a video of choice.
- I HATE: King delivers a personal rant about a specific topic.

- Artifact Title: The "grocery store" part of Bored Smashing - GROCERY STORE PHONES! became an artifact starting with the 8th episode of that subseries, due to King using the internet to obtain the phones instead of going to a grocery store.
- Gainax Ending: A few.
- mOvInG oN... concludes with King getting kicked out of his mother's home for wasting excessive amounts of money on the very moving on video itself, so he's forced to hunker with his new keyboard & mouse and attempts to use them on a discarded old Mac that King found on the curb. Shortly after discovering that the products don't work with the Mac, King wakes up to discover that the entire thing was All Just a Dream and he has both the old and the new products, the new ones unopened. He elects to return the new accessories and hugs the old ones tightly...before his mother discovers him hugging the products and accuses him of objectophilia, promptly kicking him out again, after which he is in the same setting as in the dream. He asks the products if they wanna have a foursome, before waking up again and revealing that it was a Dream Within a Dream. However, this is a Justified Trope since some text on the screen states that King didn't know how to end the video.
- Moving On... (MacBook Pro 2016 to MacBook Pro 2019) finishes with King having fully setting up his new MacBook and hosting a livestream where he shaves his entire head bald in order to pay for the laptop. After realizing that it was a success, Siri finds out that he upgraded his laptop to an unstable beta release of MacOS Big Sur. King advises her to be more optimistic, when the entire laptop crashes. However, we then find out that this was All Just a Dream again, where Siri asks the real Plainrock124 (who's editing the video) if he didn't know how to give the video a proper ending, to which he says yes, and closes the laptop.
- Old Shame: King REALLY isn't a fan of the videos he made when he was younger.
- Only in It for the Money: King's persona is a greedy YouTuber who purposefully pisses people off for views.
- Shout-Out: In the 7th episode of Bored Smashing - GROCERY STORE PHONES!, King intentionally gets himself banned from Club Penguin Island by saying "He fucked me with a toothbrush." This is a reference to a Tana Mongeau video.
- Worst. Whatever. Ever!: The 15th episode of Bored Smashing - GROCERY STORE PHONES! had King call the cards that came with the BTS phone the "Worst. Pokémon Cards. Ever."
