Anthony Devon Griffin (born: August 29, 1994), better known online as LongBeachGriffy, is an American YouTuber who uploads short comedy videos rooted in relatable, satirical, and observational humor. All of his skits feature him playing two characters or more.

LongBeachGriffy's videos provide examples of:

  • Affably Evil: The villains in both his If Movie Villains Didn't Waste Time are this.
  • Aside Comment: Some of his videos do this:
  • Bait-and-Switch Sentiment: "When you turn in your suicide note instead of the essay" has the teacher pull Anthony aside because of his note, not out of sympathy, but because it wasn't good as an essay.
  • Berserk Button: Say anything bad about One Piece and you will not be spared Griffy's wrath, even if you're a child.
  • Childish Tooth Gap: Anthony has a notable one, and a Running Gag throughout his videos is the gap being referenced.
  • Enemy Mine: "Anime VS. Manga" starts with the two arguing, then they both turn on Live Action Adaptations.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: One of the henchmen in If Movie Villains Didn't Waste Time 2 has a wife and a kid.
  • Even Evil Has Standards:
    • The robber in "Robbing someone at the wrong time" is horrified when he finds out that his victim's girlfriend is a serial cheater.
    • The villain in If Movie Villains Didn't Waste Time 2 is appalled by the hero's actions and calls him out for it.
  • Killed Mid-Sentence: Both the hostage and the hero in the first part of If Movie Villains Didn't Waste Time
  • No-Nonsense Nemesis: Done twice in his If Movie Villains Didn't Waste Time videos:
    • The first video features the villain simply shooting his hostage and then the hero. When the hero's outraged that he didn't even explain his Evil Plan, the villain retorts that his plan is none of their business.
    • In the second video, the hero storms the villain's Evil Lair, looking to stop him from using the nuclear launch codes he stole, insisting they'd have a big dramatic fight then he'd stop the launch with one second left. Unfortunately for him, the villain sold the codes online the moment he got them.
  • Not Afraid of Hell: God tries to taunt Griffy that he's going to hell in "When you die in a stupid way" but Griffy responds that he'd prefer hell because heaven is boring.
  • Obfuscating Disability: Anthony tries this in "Getting drafted for WW3" but it doesn't work. He's also told that 98 people tried the same trick.
  • Punch-Clock Villain: Rodney and Pete in If Movie Villains Didn't Waste Time 2.
  • Take That!: Several ones across his videos:
    • "Anime VS. Manga": Live action adaptations are hated by both anime viewers and manga readers.
    • "When you turn in your suicide note instead of the essay": The carelessness of the educational system towards students contemplating suicide.
    • "When your son wants a sex change": Parents who allow their young children to have sex change.
    • "People who are super critical of anime": Fans who hate on all anime except their favorite one.
    • "How Game Of Thrones producers ruined Season 8": Game of Thrones's infamous terrible ending due to the writing.
    • "When someone says they're Pro-Life": Pro-Choice people who get offended at the opposing side without letting them express their thoughts.
  • There Was a Door: We don't see the actual door, but the villain in If Movie Villains Didn't Waste Time calls out the hero for breaking his window when they have a front door.
  • Undignified Death: "When you die in a stupid way", in which Griffy dies by falling down and breaking his neck on a slipper. He then complains to God about it.
  • Villain Killer: The hero in If Movie Villains Didn't Waste Time 2 kills two henchmen, Rodney and Pete.
  • Villains Out Shopping: The villain in the first part of If Movie Villains Didn't Waste Time mentions that he made reservations at Applebee's.
  • Virgin-Shaming: Griffy does this to God in "When you die in a stupid way".
