Remote reads Funny Windows Errors is a series by DoomesPro93.

Remote from Battle for Dream Island reads humorous Microsoft Windows errors.

This series is a clone of Microsoft Sam Reads Funny Windows Errors, especially the nkrs200 and Thunderbirds101 ones.

This series provides examples of the following:

  • A.K.A.-47: Sam's gun, which looks remarkably like a gold-painted AK-47 assault rifle, is known as the ROFL-47 machine gun.
  • Author Avatar: DoomesPro93 appears as himself.
  • Big "NO!": When something upsets Remote a lot.
  • But Thou Must!: Many errors have desirable options greyed out, with only the undesirable options left.
  • Cut Short: The third season of the show came to an abrupt end after "The Birthday Episode," uploaded in August 2019. Prior to this, it teased the return of the Big Bad Tux.
  • Extra-Long Episode: The season 3 premiere was 15 minutes long, and it contained moments such as the introduction of Sam and a promo for a spinoff.
  • GIS Syndrome: Quite common in this show.
    • Microsoft Billy Mays is represented by a PNG of Billy Mays.
    • The forest is represented by an image of a forest.
  • Groin Attack: In "Return of the PC," Windows pours boiling-hot coffee on Sam's balls.
  • Multi-Part Episode:
    • Episodes 4, 5 and 6 of season 1 were allegedly three parts of one bigger episode; they cut seamlessly together.
    • Episodes 7, 8 and 9 of season 1 were three parts of one bigger episode; they cut seamlessly together and share a plotline.
  • Non-Indicative Name: The ROFL-47 machine gun, while called a machine gun, doesn't fire automatically; it instead functions like a rifle.
  • Pooping Where You Shouldn't: Sam does this on the reception-desk at the shoe-store in "Shoot 'Em Up."
  • Synthetic Voice Actor: Nearly every character is voiced by a TTS engine, such as Remote and Sam.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Tacos for Remote and Sam, baloney sandwiches for Liy and bacon for (obviously) Bacon.
  • Viewer-Friendly Interface: In the first three seasons, errors were zoomed in to fill the screen.
  • Vocal Dissonance: Sam is drawn as a stick figure, when he sounds like a bulky guy.
  • We Are Experiencing Technical Difficulties: When something goes wrong, there will be a cut to a test pattern superimposed by a humorous message. Example:
    IPADS MAKE GREAT COASTERS!
