Behold, hi there cast of HI!note
HInote is an Object Show on Scratch created by freepies. HI is centered around a competition show with 12 contestants that's hosted by Headphones in some building. When someone's eliminated, they get kicked out of the building for good. Though they're all inside of this building because it makes them feel safer somehow and it can't be stopped...
The first episode was released on November 1st, 2022 and is currently ongoing. As of March 19th, 2023, there are currently 3 episodes that have been released.
However, something is off about the show, as all the characters act the same and during an elimination, it's said that the one eliminated is "not needed anymore".
HI contains the following tropes:
- A Dog Named "Dog": As expected in an object show.
- A Lizard Named "Liz": Boxy and Sketchy both have an unnecessary "-y" at the end of their names, and then there's Cupper, who has this "-per" at the end of their name.
- Animate Inanimate Object: There are sentient objects in the show.
- Armless Biped: Cotton Ball and Watermelon Seed were originally going to have this, though was later changed upon release.
- Anthropomorphic Food: Grilled Cheese, Lava Cake, Pumpkin Pie, and Watermelon Seed.
- Black Bead Eyes: Everyone has these, except for two, Album has brown eyes with pupils, while Sketchy uses circle eyes with pupils.
- Minimalist Cast: HI has a total of 12 contestants, which is rather small.
- Non-Standard Character Design: Album is drawn in a more realistic style while everyone else is rather just simplistic.
- The Voiceless: HI is a slideshow object show, it uses text for characters when they speak rather than voices.
- We Hardly Knew Ye: Watermelon Seed was eliminated during the first episode, "The fun begins".
