Chaotic Ambition is an Object Show created by Painted Comfort (Credited as MasterVolcanology) on 13th March 2021.
Volcano Book, alongside his two best friends Slushie and Cheese Slice, decides to start a competition show with fourteen contestants. Who will succeed, who will fail, who will be the last one standing in this thrilling contest?
Well, at least that was the case until production suddenly halted in the middle of the fourth episodenote and got rebooted into Keep Fighting Till The End.
The three episodes can be watched on the official playlist.
The show contains the following tropes:
- Actor Allusion: Vince Doyen (Shattered Waters) plays another anthropomorphic coin (Dubloon) just like in his own object show, Village of Objects (Coin). As a matter of fact, Dubloon was Adapted Out from Keep Fighting Till' The End since the creator thought he was a carbon copy of Coin.
- A Dog Named "Dog": Everyone is named after their objects with no exception.
- Animate Inanimate Object: It isn't much of a surprise that the dominant species in an object show like this are walking, talking objects.
- Anthropomorphic Food: Sentient foods from both the co-hosts (Slushie and Cheese Slice) and the contestants (Brownie, Ice Cream Sandwich and Tomato Soup).
- Armless Biped: In an uncommon aversion for an Object Show, none of the contestants or the Game Show Hosts are lacking their arms.
- Author Avatar: Game Show Host Volcano Book is the show creator MasterVolcanology's main OC but oddly enough, he's voiced by someone else entirely.
- Chromatic Arrangement: The main hosts' colour schemes are red (Volcano Book), blue (Slushie) and yellow (Cheese Slice).
- The Leader: Due to winning the first challenge, Dynamite and Hourglass are the captains for their appropriately-named teams, The Explosive Steams and The Sharp Timers respectively.
- Living Currency: Dubloon is an anthropomorphic gold coin.
- Living Drawing: Whiteboard's face is drawn on by dry-erase marker which comes alive for her to talk and express with.
- Phantom-Zone Picture: The eliminated contestants turn into polaroids and are kept inside Volcano Book. Brownie can attest to that as her petrified face says it all.
- Short-Runner: Chaotic Ambition only lasted three episodes due to external circumstances and is undergoing a Continuity Reboot under a different name of Keep Fighting Till The End.
- Shout-Out: The third and final intro, when slowed down, flashes multiple title cards from other Object ShowsIn Order of Appearance
- We Hardly Knew Ye: Brownie was the first one eliminated from Chaotic Ambition (And the only one as the show got rebooted shortly after).
