Madam Kassandra has stolen items from each of the worlds in the game.
I think Madam Kassandra has stolen items from the worlds you visit in the game, cause she's more familiar with the worlds then Spongebob or Patrick was, and King Neptune knew her. So it's possible she was going to the different worlds stealing stuff until Neptune stopped her before the events of the game.
- The magic bubble soap is needed to open the wormholes to access these worlds, and Kassandra mentions that it never worked for her because she wasn’t pure of heart, so it’s pretty unlikely she was ever there tbh.
