Dr. Oopsie was behind the carnival being sent into the Dark World
The Mythbreakers' doppelgangers being made out of sticks and rocks suggest that they might be changelings, and were the very things Yuul delivered to the professor during her tutorial session. And it's far too coincidental that they just happen to take the shape of Yuul and her 3 new friends and also happen to be hanging out in the carnival where Session 4 and 5 take place. Plus, the carnival was said to be organized by Yuul and Dr Oopsie's university with Yuul's double implied to have been heavily involved in the running of the carnival, by Chad's account. That would make it easy for the professor to mess with the carnival, installing machines or performing necessary rituals in order to send it to the Dark World with no one being the wiser.We also never got to see what exactly she had been trying to accomplish the night of Yuul's tutorial or how she felt about having been all but abandoned by her assistant, on account of her being distracted by trying to murder Vic before ending up at the Homestead.
