    Setup and Tutorial Sessions

    • One of Watoto's first NPC interactions involves convincing an arms dealer that his mushroom can help with "camouflage". At the climax of the session, Watoto eats the last of his mushrooms in hopes that the "camouflage" he duped the dealer into is real. It actually works.
  • Gura's tutorial session:
    • While forging a pickaxe to make up for busting up her pa's Ford, Scout manages to roll 7 Successes, creating a +2 weapon before the story can even kick off. She then follows it up with +1 Shiv. She decides to keep them for herself, rather than give them to her pa.
    • After failing to escape the mines using the way they came in, Scout gets the smart idea to use the well located even deeper in the mines to escape. Using her skills in Strength, Athletics, and Weaponry along with the last of her willpower, she manages to leverage her pickaxe to escape up and out of the mines.
    • After escaping the mines, Scout then turns around and uses her quick thinking to make a makeshift rope using her pants and bandana in order to safely extract the significantly less athletic Dr. Nice, who himself uses the last of his willpower to escape.

    Session 1 
  • The Mythbreakers discover their stolen van in a junkyard, and while escaping they get surrounded by giant thorny vines growing around them. Scout comes up with a plan of starting a fire to break free, and siphons out a bit of gasoline from their van. Watoto discovers a lighter in his pocket, and then gets the idea of sucking up a mouthful of gasoline and spraying it like a fire-breather. Amelia's uncanny luck lets Watoto get away with a critical success on this climactic roll, letting the group escape to safety to end their first session!

    Session 2 
  • During their final encounter with the sniper, he manages to find Scout and Yuul behind a bookcase, after Watoto radios them and inadvertently gives away their hiding spot, and tries to pull out his rifle to shoot them. However, at that very moment, Tiara and Watato arrive outside the house and notice what's happening. While Tiara fails all 8 of her rolls, missing her shot and accidentally scarring Yuul, it provides enough of a distraction for Scout to one-shot him from behind with a shovel and 5 successes. And then Yuul tazes him for good measure.

    Session 3. 5 - Hunters Party Hard 
  • After managing to get herself close to Antonio, the head of the Romano family, Yuul is forced into a card game that could either end with the Mythbreakers completing their mission or enslaved by vampires. With the game down to a single card, Yuul manages to beat Antonio, securing the safety of her team. To say the chat went wild is an understatement.
  • Tiara and Watoto not only manages to survive their fight with the twin vampires Dominic and Daisy, but Tiara with 5 successes even manages to shoot out his eye, wounding him so badly his sister is forced to retreat to help him. But not before swearing revenge.
  • Scout basically manages to single-handedly ruin the Romano family's reputation all on her own, just by slipping vampire-grade laxatives into the dinner party's lasagna. It even makes front news page in the local papers.

    Session 5 
  • After the death of their changeling doppelgangers, the rest of the crew walk away haunted by the sight of their own dead bodies. All except for Scout who with 4 successes on her sanity roll, manages to not only get over it, but even find meaning in it.

    Session 7 
  • As the mad Dr. Oopsie intends to sacrifice the crew to the Wyrm, Tiara decides to shoot Dr. Oopsie in the head. But rather than get a Boom, Headshot!, it manages to shatter her mask, and the bullet only lodges in her cheek, neatly avoiding the consequences of accidentally killing an important character.
  • Watoto makes a pact with the Wyrm and gets turned into its host, only to eat a special mushroom so psychedelic it sends the Wyrm on one hell of a trip, enabling Watoto to break free.
