The game is a direct prequel to Magic Pengel rather than any kind of sequel.
- Imagine demons taking up a less-loaded species name after their agreement to coexist with humanity and deciding to go by "Doodles" for that purpose in reference to their ability to inhabit/nature in inhabiting Graffiti/color-made bodies; the Devil's title likewise being officially changed to a less-menacing "the Doodle King"; either lack of foresight by a future King Pixel or the eagerness to spread her art shown by Pastel in her attempt to make a spiel to him leading to more and more people becoming Graffiticians and therefore learning to manipulate or control demons; more intelligent demons (e.x. those on the level of Niss and Easel as opposed to Spongies and the like) being locked in Doodle books in the lead-up to or aftermath of the Doodle King's Heroic Sacrifice; and Graffiti Wands having once been made of the hair of Pengels who stopped allowing for the making of those wands in order to honor the Doodle King's intent.
