Maximum Effort
is an American film / television production company and advertising firm founded by actor / producer / businessman Ryan Reynolds and George Dewey. The company is named for the catchphrase used by Deadpool (Reynolds) in his self-titled 2016 film. The company was founded in 2018 and has become known for producing a number of Reynolds’ films and a number of offbeat, quickly produced commercials, both for Reynolds’ projects and businesses and other companies such as Match.com.
