There will be a sequel that involves a Cartoon Network/Nickelodeon crossover.
- If you consider Powerpuff Girls Super Smash-Up a sequel, Jossed.
Would be the basis for a Cartoon Network 30th Anniversary Made-for-TV Movie Crossover.
- Much as in the way that Nickelodeon is treating some of their old properties with reunion specials instead of straight reboots like PPG and Ben 10. Could be formatted similar to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie Turtles Forever with inside jokes and references.
IDW will release another Crisis Crossover, but with a wider variety of characters.
Aside from characters from one-shots being part of the main cast, there would also be characters from modern Cartoon Network hits like Adventure Time, Regular Show, and Steven Universe. While the comics for those series are done by KaBOOM! Comics, they're pretty much done with them as of 2020 so who's to say IDW can't include them?
