along with the sequel 10-103: NULL KELVIN is an series of games, where you play as 'Specter 8' agent. Who is a part of Spec Op and The Special Response Team, where he gets sented into an Aegis Resarch Facility, because a curtain Containtment Breach of Level 4 or above was being declared.You are also being monitored via Radio Contact with the operator 'Morpho', being your Mission Control, who you can report things you find along the way with the special asigned button.
The Sequel starts out almost the same way, still being monitored by 'Morpho' but this time 'Specter 8' gets sented into a Installation 14 of the Axiom Orbital Research Station, due to an Emergency Procudure that made it detach itself from the Space Station and having it landed in a remote island of Arctic Ocean, 'Specter 8' also gets promoted to a 'Elite Special Response Agent' in The Sequel.
10-103 and 10-103: NULL KELVIN contain examples of:
- Dark Is Evil: When 'Specter 8' spots Class 5 Subject, it starts breaking lights in order for him to get close to Specter 8 and kill him, while there is still light above The Protagonist he is somewhat safe, while being in the dark means that it can get to him and kill him instantly.
- Don't You Dare Pity Me!: In the NULL KELVIN's ending: When an agent tries to lift Specter 8 up to carry him to an extraction point, he pushes him away and instead walks back to it himself.
- Precision F-Strike: When 'Specter 8' is being chased by Class 5 Subject, you can press Tab button that will make him spew out swears and one liners.
- Static Screw: An audio version of it, as the more Class 5 gets to 'Specter 8', the more static starts to eminate from it, and ultimately kills Specter 8 if he doesn't escape from the source.
- Not in My Contract: After 'Specter 8' loses chase with Class 5 Subject, you will lose Radio contact, which if you try to use Tab button to report things, will instead make him say to himself that he didn't got paid enough for this job.
