Trivia / Stickin' Around

Go To

  • Children Voicing Children: Child actors voiced all the child characters on the show.
  • Completely Different Title: The Latin American dub renames the show Grafitos, which translates to "The Graphites".
    • The French title ("Graffitos") is almost identical.
  • Edited for Syndication: When the show briefly aired on Fox Kids in the late 90s, they chopped out scenes left and right and badly truncated the intro, solely just to make more room for ads. Thankfully, the other two times the show's been on south of the border (first in 2005-06, as part of a Comcast on Demand service programmed by Corus called Vortex, themed after a former block on YTV, and more recently on Qubo), it's been unedited.
  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: Originally intended to come out on DVD, but Nelvana never got around doing so. It later saw an official YouTube release in February 2016 on the YTV Direct channel (later moved to Nelvana's Retro Rerun). The show also never aired in the US after it's brief run on Fox Kids until years later when it re-aired on Qubo.
    • While a majority of season 1 is available on VHS (albeit just in Canada), neither seasons 2 or 3 got a similar release.
  • The Merch: Really the only official Stickin' Around merchandise beyond home video releases was in physical games. Most notably, Playtoy Industries put out a board game in 1996 featuring the conceit of being two board games in one, with the first (matching up cards of show characters' mixed up body parts) directly leading into and influencing the second, an otherwise simple Snakes & Ladders-style chase game to get to (don't say it) URANUS! (Real mature, Bradley!)
    • Also, in 1997, fans could get Stickin' Around "Tricks of Wonder", a line of at least three kid-friendly magic tricks featuring either Stacey, Bradley, or Dill on the box.
