• B-Team Sequel: Insomniac Games had no involvement with the game, with its production having been outsourced to High Impact Games.^note Though High Impact Games is made up of former Insomniac Games alumni, including the late Dan Johnson, mentioned below.
• Flip-Flop of God: Whether or not this game is canon; initially, Insomniac said the game was totally Canon Discontinuity, but they went back on this in 2017 later.
• In Memoriam: The game is dedicated to Dan Johnson, well known for his Easter Egg cameos in the Insomniac Games produced games starting with Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. Johnson passed away of bone cancer in December 2006. Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, which is in the main continuity, is also dedicated to him.
• Killer App: Was one for the PlayStation Portable, for being one of PlayStation's first flagship franchises to be brought down to the handheld.
