- The Other Darrin: In the US version of the game, the voice actors for The Chief and Sarah were respectively changed to Fred Tatasciore and Renee Raudman. Tatasciore returned to voice The Chief Extreme Justice, but Raudman didn't and Sarah was voiced by her original voice actress.
- What Could Have Been: A PlayStation 2 version of Extreme Justice was advertised and cross-platform saves was even touted as a feature, but it was quietly cancelled.
