• No Export for You: The ride only exists in the Flordia Islands of Adventure park.
• The Other Darrin: Keith Scott replaces Jack Mercer as the voice of Popeye and Jackson Beck as the voice of Bluto, while Sandy Fox replaces Mae Questel as the voice of Olive Oyl.
• What Could Have Been: Very early plans called for the Sweethaven area to be larger, and feature a large-scale Popeye dinner show that would've been similar to the Hoop-De-Doo Revue at Walt Disney World.
• Working Title: In development, the attraction's title was just simply, "Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges" (as that's the name of his boating business in-universe), but "Popeye" was added into the name to avoid guest confusion.
