• The Danza: Scott's voice actor coincidentally is named Scott Porter.
• Role Reprise:
  • In the English version, Steve Blum reprises Wolverine, Jennifer Hale reprises Jean Grey from Wolverine and the X-Men and Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Fred Tatasciore also reprises Beast from Wolverine and the X-Men. Cyclops is reprised by Scott Porter and Toshiyuki Morikawa in the English and Japanese versions from Marvel Anime: Wolverine.
  • In the French dub, besides having the same role reprise regarding Philippe Allard as Cyclops that the Wolverine anime already had, there's also Jean-Marc Delhausse as Professor X, reprising his role from X-Men: Evolution.
  • In the original Japanese, Toshiyuki Morikawa had previously voiced Cyclops in the first Japanese dub of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends.
• The Other Darrin:
  • Steve Blum voices Wolverine here, taking over from Milo Ventimiglia who did the role in the other Marvel Anime.
  • The French dub does something similar by having Wolverine being voiced by Jean-Michel Vovk, instead of Karim Barras like in the other Marvel Anime.
