• Keep Circulating the Tapes: All of Johnny’s WWE entrance themes have fallen victim to this trope.
  • Johnny’s WWE Cruiserweight Classic theme "From The Heart" never saw an official release outside of a YouTube steam of the WWE Uncaged XV album.
  • "Rebel Heart" and "Chrome Hearts" (#DIY’s theme) were pulled from streaming websites due to CFO$ and WWE’s partnership coming to an end.
  • "Coming Back For You" was pulled from streaming websites after Gargano left WWE in late 2021.
  • The original version of "Bet On Yourself" was pulled from streaming websites in March 2023 after an updated version of the song replaced it. If the original version had been purchased from a digital music store, redownloading the song after the change meant you downloaded the updated version of the theme instead of the original.
• Real Song Theme Tune: Used "Don’t Die Digging" by The Graduate on the independent circuit.

• What Could Have Been:
  • When WWE relaunched the Cruiserweight Division on Monday Night Raw in 2016, Gargano was one of the names announced for the division but ultimately he remained in NXT and never wrestled in the division beyond the Cruiserweight Classic.
  • Whatever the original plans for Johnny's feud with Tommaso Ciampa were, had Ciampa not suffered a knee injury that took him out for a year.
  • The culmination of Johnny's year long feud with Ciampa was to take place in what became the two-out-of-three falls match with Adam Cole, but plans changed after Ciampa suffered a neck injury.
