Trivia / GG Bond

• Cash-Cow Franchise: It's Winsing's most popular series, so naturally it has a few movies and a lot of merchandise and toys made out of it.
• Completely Different Title: The series is titled in English by the companies holding the international rights to it as Kung Fu Pork Choppers.
• Franchise Ownership Acquisition: GG Bond is produced by Winsing Animation, but was created by BlueArc Animation, being sold off to Winsing Animation after the fourth season due to Winsing needing some shows to develop to keep their infancy from becoming a problem. The fifth season was the first one to be produced by Winsing.
• Long Runner: Premiered in 2006 and is still going.
• The Merch: Inevitable in that they're one of Winsing's properties, and Winsing can and will market the living heck out of their series. This has probably the most merchandise of any Winsing series, being their flagship franchise, from toys to cosmetic goods.
• Unfinished Dub: Par for the course for long-running Chinese animated series, but only select seasons and episodes are easily found dubbed in English, and not all the movies have English subtitles baked into them.
