• Cross-Dressing Voices: Phil Hendrie as Frieda Waterfall.
• Orphaned Reference: Near the end of the film, Calculon suffers a system error mid-contemplation at winning an award, as his OS was Windows Vista, which was notorious for crashing all the time. In Comedy Central reruns (and the Hulu and Disney+ versions), the OS Calculon is running was changed to Windows 7, which kind of ruins the joke, as Windows 7 is widely beloved for being so good and fixing the flaws Vista had, like the aforementioned crashing and compatibility issues.
• The Other Darrin: Since Pamela Anderson did not return to voice Dixie (one of the party girls from "Fry and the Slurm Factory"), Tress MacNeille ended up replacing her.
• What Could Have Been:
  • In the audio commentaries, it was noted that the idea of producing an actual "Tickle-Me-Bender" was thrown around, but was ultimately scrapped when it was discovered it would be too expensive to manufacture.
  • Originally, this was going to be the last episode and was written as such. Then, Comedy Central renewed the show.
