• Deleted Scene: One of the animators for the show decided to feature an extension of Amanda Rebecca's "therapy" session by showing her licking her nipples and using a dildo. The animator supposedly did this as a joke but, for obvious reasons, it was never shown in broadcast (and the clip in general is incredibly hard to find).
• Distanced from Current Events: When this episode originally aired pre-9/11, there was a scene in which Stewie sings The Good Ship Lollipop to distract airport security officers from finding weapons in his luggage. After Stewie distracts him, he mutters, "Let's hope Osama bin Laden doesn't know showtunes," followed by bin Laden appearing and singing, "God I Hope I Get It". Following the 9/11 attacks (and news that Seth MacFarlane was supposed to be on the flight that crashed into the World Trade Center's North Tower, but missed his flight because his agent gave him the wrong information), this scene was cut. It remained cut on Cartoon Network airings and on Netflix in America. All is not lost, though: the original version is available on three DVD sets (The Family Guy Freakin' Sweet DVD set in America and the Region 2 DVD releases in Germany and the United Kingdom) and two streaming services (iTunes and Hulu).
• The Other Darrin: Wally Wingert replaces Sam Waterson as the voice of Brian's shrink Dr. Kaplan for this and his next (and last) appearance on the show.
