• Acting for Two: The titular Four Goddesses are sophisticated AIs based on the appearance, personality, and voiceprints of the four CPUs - i.e. half the existing player party, and naturally share their voice actors. The characters have a field day with this.
• Development Gag: The English localized term for "Goddess" used in NIS America's localizations of the PS3 entries, "Console Patron Unit", or just "CPU", is acknowledged in the Japanese version of this game.
• Limited Special Collector's Ultimate Edition:
  • The Japanese Royal Edition includes a visual artbook, a Drama CD and a soundtrack CD.
  • The English Limited Edition includes a USB figure of Nepgear, an art stand, an artbook and a soundtrack CD.
• The Other Darrin:
  • Erin Fitzgerald has confirmed that she won't be voicing Noire in 4 Goddesses Online due to her becoming a union voice actor following the 2017 actor strike. Noire is instead voiced by Erica Mendez, with Mendez becoming Noire's de-fecto voice actress.
  • Carrie Keranen continues to pull double-duty as Vert and Rom, replacing Tara Platt as the latter and becoming Vert's de-facto voice actor.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Neptune was considered to be assigned a gambler class, but decided that it would be better for her to be a counterpart of Noire. Thus as Noire is a Black Knight, Neptune is a Paladin.
  • Ram and Rom's classes were originally reversed, but feedback from the staff resulted in the change.
