Pre-series

  • 21,000 years ago: Fossil Bōma partakes the forbidden golden apple, gaining an increase in power massive enough that only Great Boma Emperor Lagorn could ultimately stop and seal him away. (Ep. 18)
  • 20,000 years ago: The Hundred Boma Tribes terrorize the world until the Fairy and Human races allied together to defeat the Boma and sealed them away, with the assistance of the Fairies guardian, Saint Beast Lakia, who ultimately seals the massive Boma Castle himself. Only the two Wandering Boma, Yamimaru and the baby Kirika and her guardians, escape sealing. (Ep. 2, 14, 31)
  • 1971: Sensing the time of the Boma's return as near, the two guardians of the baby Wandering Boma Kirika settle into human society to start raising her as Sayoko Tsukikage, a normal girl which she will believe herself to be for the next 18 years of her life. (Ep. 31)
  • 1979: During an autumn trip to the beach, Shunsuke Hino protects the young Sayoko Tsukikage from bullies and gives her a shell; this becomes one of the most treasured moments in Shunsuke's life but only solidifies the hatred of humanity within the girl. (Ep. 36)
  • 1987: A new class enrolls at Musashino Academy, which includes Riki Honoo, Daichi Yamagata, Yohei Hama, Shunsuke Hino, Haruna Morikawa and Sayoko Tsukikage.

Series1989

  • The Turborangers confront the Hundred Boma Tribes, with the previous 10 Super Sentai standing behind them. (Ep. 1)
  • Due to Earth's pollution and loss of faith in the existence of fairies, the Hundrer Boma Tribes are reawakened. With the help of the car-eccentric scientist Doctor Dazai, Fairy Seelon, the last surviving fairy, recuits five students to use Doctor Dazai's technology and become the Turborangers. The Turborangers defeat Stone Boma. (Ep. 2)
  • Saint Beast Lakia is defeated by the Boma and becomes a star constellation. The Turborangers defeat Twisted Boma. (Ep. 3)
  • The Turborangers defeat Dango Boma. (Ep. 4)
  • The Turborangers defeat Evil God Boma and Evil God Boma Junior. (The Movie)
  • The Turborangers defeat Minokasa Boma. (Ep. 5)

  • The Wandering Boma Yamimaru enrolls at the Musashino Academy as "Hikaru Nagareboshi" in order to defeat both the Turboranger students and the Boma hierarchy. The Turborangers defeat Dogu Boma. (Ep. 14)
  • During a challenge issued to him by Yamimaru, Riki Honoo (Red Turbo) figures out that he is the new student Nagareboshi. The Turborangers defeat Darumaotoshi Boma. (Ep. 15)
  • Dr. Dazai develops a new cannon for the Turborangers, but the team is cut off from their fairy power by Yamimaru before they can use it; after rediscovering the tree they all gained the spirit of the fairies from, the Turborangers become powerful enough to likewise overpower the Wandering Boma with their new V-Turbo Bazooka. The Turborangers defeat Lump Boma. (Ep. 16)
  • The Turborangers defeat Muddled Boma. (Ep. 17)

  • Yamimaru has a strange dream where a mysterious girl tells him that his era is coming within the Boma. With Lagorn giving the Boma elite a final warning to defeat the Turboranger or else, Dark Boma Zimba goes forth to defeat the teen heroes, unexpectedly assisted by a "Dark Aura" from Yamimaru that seals the heroes' power. The Turboranger overcome the aura and defeat Zimba, but Yamimaru revives him into a giant who uses his power to crush Turbo Robo and damage Daichi Yamagata's (Black Turbo) Turbo Truck; he is ultimately stopped with the rising of a massive base that destroys the Boma general. (Ep. 28)
  • Daichi uses the damaged Turbo Truck to distract Princess Boma Jarmin, ultimately killing her while giving the other Turboranger and Dr. Dazai the time to complete their new mecha: the Turbo Rugger. The Turborangers defeat Kuroko Boma (Ep. 29)
  • Yamimaru captures Dr. Dazai, but is forced to withdraw when Boma Doctor Lehda releases Super-Majin Bōma, the protector of the tribes, to stop him and the team; as Dazai uses Turbo Rugger as distraction, the Turboranger fix Turbo Truck and make Turbo Robo operational; Riki kills Lehda while the Super Turbo Robo combination finishes off Super-Majin Bōma. (Ep. 30)
  • On the day of her 18th birthday, Musashino student Sayoko Tsukikage discovers her heritage as a Wandering Boma; witnessing the death of her "parents" by the Turboranger, she is convinced by Yamimaru to embrace her destiny having seen her in his former dream; as she does, she is reborn in her true form as Kirika while Yamimaru is upgraded by his bond with her. The Turborangers defeat Amulet Boma (Ep. 31)
  • Yamimaru and Kirika impress Lagorn through their taming of the legendary Boma creature Dragras and are invited to assist him with the Boma cause. The Turborangers defeat Mirror Boma. (Ep. 32)
  • The Turborangers defeat Noppera Boma. (Ep. 33)
  • The Turborangers defeat Grueling Boma. (Ep. 34)
  • The Turborangers defeat Reaper Boma. (Ep. 35)
  • The Turborangers defeat Memory Boma. (Ep. 36)

  • Sick of their leader's torment, Yamimaru and Kirika teleport Red Turbo to Boma Castle and force him and Lagorn to face off while threatening to use Boma Castle to likewise destroy Turbobuilder base. Riki defeats Lagorn, while the Turboranger create the massive Super Turbobuilder formation with all mecha to appear to completely destroy the Boma leader, leaving the Wandering Boma in control of the tribes. (Ep. 39)
  • The Turborangers defeat Picture Book Boma. (Ep. 40)
  • The Turborangers defeat Actor Boma. The beast is mysteriously grown by an outside force, confusing Yamimaru and Kirika in regards to who did it. (Ep. 41)
  • The Turborangers defeat Devil Boma. (Ep. 42)
  • The Turborangers defeat Gunman Boma. (Ep. 43)
  • The Turborangers defeat Armor Boma. (Ep. 44)
  • The Turborangers defeat Seal Boma. The outside Boma threat briefly uses it's Boma power to attack both the Turboranger and Wandering Boma. (Ep. 45)
  • Using both trickery and the clashing power of both the Turborangers and Wandering Boma, Lagorn fully completes his resurrection into Neo-Lagorn and uses his power to seal away the powers of all of his enemies. The Turborangers defeat One-Eyed Boma. (Ep. 46)
  • Desperate to find a way to ressurect the fairy power within the Turboranger, Seelon saves the team from a Boma Beast and briefly takes a larger, human form to give her support; her belief in them reawakens the Turborangers power. The Turborangers defeat Dragra Boma. (Ep. 47)
  • While trying to regain their own power, Yamimaru and Kirika are assisted by Kashimu, a mystery man ultimately revealed as the Boma father of Kirika, likewise revealing that Wandering Boma are merely the children of a Boma and a human. With his assistance, Yamimaru and Kirika resurrect their power, but he ultimately dies when they turn their back on his words in disbelief. While the Turboranger bury him, Kirika begins to realize that he may have been true. The Turborangers defeat Masked Devil Boma and Gum-Gum Boma. (Ep. 48)
  • Through her own doubts and the persistence of Riki, Kirika finally believes in her true heritage and turns against the Boma, but Yamimaru abandons her seeing her weaken in choosing the Turboranger's words over his. The Turborangers defeat Dark Spider Boma. (Ep. 49)
  • Neo-Lagorn resurrects Sealing Bōma in order to undo the final Great Seal of the Boma to release the "108 Boma Beast Pack" upon Earth for its final destruction. Although the Turboranger stop it with the assistance of the sacrifice of Dragras, the seal is weakened to the point of release. Angered by both Neo-Lagorn's movements towards world destruction and Kirika's betrayal, Yamimaru forces Riki into a final battle; Red Turbo ultimately is victorious, but the Wandering Boma escapes, continuing to deny his true destiny due to his hatred. (Ep. 50)
  • With the discovery of Turbobuilder as the site of the Great Seal preparing to break, the Turboranger charge Boma Castle to defeat Neo-Lagorn. With the team in a corner, Yamimaru assists them in defeating the Boma leader before the team finally destroy him with Super Turbo Robo. With Lagorn's death, Boma Castle begins to plummet towards Turbobuilder, the final failsafe to break the Great Seal. While the Turboranger escape, Yamimaru elects to stay behind to destroy it and to sacrifice himself for all he had done. At the pleading of his human allies, Yamimaru finally takes Kirika's final offer of escape as the Turboranger use Super Turbobuilder to destroy Boma Castle and end the Boma threat forever. With the end of the Boma threat, the Turborangers graduate from Musashino Academy, Yamimaru and Kirika abandon their Boma power and choose to live on Earth in peace and Fairy Seelon heads for the stars to join Lakia in eternal rest. (Ep. 51)

Post-series

  • 2001: As one of the first 24 Super Sentai, the Turborangers provide their support in the Gaorangers fight against Lost Highness Duke Rakushaasa. (Gaoranger vs. Super Sentai)
  • 2006: As one of the first 30 Super Sentai, Red Turbo's Red Warrior spirit is inherited by AkaRed. (Boukenger vs. Super Sentai)
  • 2011: The Turborangers, among the first 34 Super Sentai, oppose an invasion of Earth by the Space Empire Zangyack in what becomes known the Legend War, ending with all Super Sentai sacrificing their power to destroy the invasion fleet. Dispersed throughout the universe, the powers ultimately resurface as Ranger Keys whilst the former Super Sentai disband. (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger ep. 1, 199 Hero Great Battle)
  • 2012: A month following the defeat of the second Zangyack invasion, the powers of the 34 Super Sentai are returned to them by the Gokaigers. (Gokaiger ep. 51)
  • 2012: The Turborangers, among the first 34 Super Sentai, are apparently defeated by Tsukasa Kadoya (Kamen Rider Decade), Great Leader of Dai-Shocker which seeks to wipe out the Super Sentai, opposing Dai-Zangyack led by Emperor (formerly Captain) Marvelous (Gokai Red) who are hunting the Kamen Riders. Infact, all the presumed deceased Sentai and Riders had been transported to the dimensional rift, from which they emerge to defeat the new Shocker-Zangyack Alliance. (Super Hero Taisen)
  • 2017: The Turborangers, among the first 38 Super Sentai, provide their power for the Ninningers and Zyuohgers to defeat Gillmarda. (Zyuohger vs. Ninninger)
  • 2019: The Turborangers are embroiled in the Super Sentai Strongest Battle. (Super Sentai Strongest Battle)
  • 2021: The Turborangers, among the first 44 Super Sentai, are embroiled in the Zenkaigers' conflict with the Kikaitopia Livesty Tojitendo. (Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger)
