Ghost: The Musical is a musical adaptation of the 90s romantic thriller film of the same name, Ghost.
This musical contains the following tropes:
- Adaptational Nice Guy: Carl is still the villain just like in the movie, but he has Pet the Dog moments himself here such as being more assertive in chewing out Willie for killing Sam when he didn't want that, in which he admitted this while putting Molly at gunpoint.
- Demoted to Extra: Not that Oda Mae's sisters had anything of importance in the plot, they only appeared in two scenes of the musical since Willie is killed off during his first assault on her instead of coming back to assault her and her two sisters with Carl accompanying him.
- No Song for the Wicked: Willie doesn't have a single sung line in the show.
- Save the Villain: Despite all that he had done including his indirect murder at his hands, Sam attempted to save Carl from being dragged into Hell.
