- In Carry On Emmannuelle, the servants are spying on Emile and Emmannuelle getting frisky through their bedroom door keyhole. Before peeking in, Richmond asks if it's like Starsky & Hutch, Mrs. Dangle remarks it's more like "Starkers & Crutch".
- In Flight of the Navigator, David asks why Starsky and Hutch isn't on TV anymore, as he was sent forward in time from 1978 to 1986.
- In So I Married an Axe Murderer, Charlie tells his undercover policeman friend Tony that he's dressing like Huggy Bear. Later, Tony complains that Da Chief is too nice and asks why he can't be more like the captain from Starsky & Hutch.
- Lea from The Good Doctor owns a replica of the Torino.
- The Love Boat:
- In "A Very Special Girl/The Last Goodbye/The Inspector," a writer brainstorms ideas with his date. She says "How about Marvin the Mole meets Starsky and Hutch?" He replies, "No, it won't work. Marvin the Mole only works alone."
- In "Rocky/Julie's Dilemma/Who's Who?" two adolescents pretend that they're Starsky and Hutch, and a case they see on the ground is a bomb that could blow up half the city.
- Stargate SG-1: Jack O'Neill and Harry Maybourne used the aliases Starsky and Hutch for themselves in several different episodes.
- The Charlie's Angels episode "To Kill an Angel" features a female surfer in a Starsky & Hutch T-shirt.
- LEGO City Undercover features parodies of Starsky and Hutch named Studski and Clutch who accompany Chase in the mission "Scrapyard Scrap".
- MS Paint Adventures:
- Problem Sleuth prominently features busts of Starsky, Hutch, and Huggy as they appear in the 2004 movie. Starsky's shades (identified by Ben Stiller's name) also show up as an item.
- Homestuck sees the return of the Starsky shades, and does an in-universe I Want You to Meet an Old Friend of Mine when Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are chosen to be the leads of a live-action adaptation of Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff.
