In Married... with Children episode "Kiss of the Coffee Woman", when Al tries to object to the prospect of Kelly kissing Jefferson in a coffee commercial by complaining to the director about "this kissing", the man takes it the wrong way and says, "Sorry, wrong studio. They're casting Showboys down the hall."
In an episode of Nurse Jackie, when a Caustic Critic emerges from his coma, he (comically) loses his memory on a temporary basis and when he is asked by a staffer what's his favorite movie, he earnestly replies "Showgirls".
The Simpsons: The episode "Brother's Little Helper" had Homer and Marge going to see the film. While Homer enjoys it for obvious reasons, Marge is enjoying the friendship between Nomi and Molly (or as identified by her as "the showgirl and that seamstress").
Family Guy: One episode has Peter claim that basic cable ruins his good times. The cutaway then shows Peter watching TV in bed when this exchange happens:
Announcer on Television:"We now return to Showgirls..." Peter:(excitedly) "Yeah!" Announcer:"...on TBS!" Peter:(disappointed) "Aw..."
Robot Chicken: As part of Season 5's theme of having their episode titles be blends of great and not-so-great movies, one episode is titled "Kramer vs. Showgirls".
