• In the Dingo Pictures mockbuster Lion and the King, Robin's crocodile friend is named Dundee.
• The Simpsons:
  • "Bart vs. Australia" naturally has plenty of references to the film, most noticeably a random man who approaches Bart and Lisa in a bar whilst pulling the "THIS is a knife!" routine with a spoon (which Bart immediately calls him out on).
  • "Boy-Scoutz-in-Da-Hood" has a similar scene when Moleman pulls out an actual machete on Moe...and then falls over due to it being heavier than he is.
  • Another episode has the background marquee of a porno theater having films like Crocodile Done Me and Dr. Strangepants.
