"Snout and About": Malik and Zadie help Zeke find his lost stuffed animal, Snout.
"Snout and About" contains the following tropes:
- Go-to-Sleep Ending: The Wombats get so tired from redoing their bedtime routine to find Snout that they fall asleep. Malik wakes up when Super brings in a fresh batch of pancakes for them, and he and Super eat them all as Zadie and Zeke sleep.
- Gratuitous Spanish: The wombats' goodnight song includes the line "Buenas noches, Mars."
- Lost Toy Grievance: Zeke is in tears after losing Snout. Luckily, his siblings are there to help find the toy.
- Primal Fear: It's implied that Zeke is afraid of the dark, since he always make sure to keep the closet light on when he's asleep.
"Zadie's Shell Shuffle": Zadie needs to fix Mr. E's shell garden.
"Zadie's Sell Shuffle" contains the following tropes:
- Bread, Eggs, Breaded Eggs: Zadie thinks that Mr. E will be mad, sad, and mad-sad about what happened to his garden.
- Chekhov's Gun: JunJun sings a song about the colors of Mr. E's shell garden. When Zadie accidentally messes up the shell garden, she uses JunJun's song to figure out the pattern the shells should be in.
- Gratuitous Foreign Language: "Gandang kulay" in JunJun's song means "Nice color" in Tagalog.
- Oh, Crap!: Zadie has this reaction when she messes up Mr. E's shell garden.
- Sore Loser: Zadie wants to win at hide and seek, but JunJun keeps giving away her hiding places. She snaps at him for it.
- Suddenly Shouting: Zadie wants to JunJun to sing a song about her, but in doing so, he gives away her hiding places, and she gets mad at him for this. JunJun's response:JunJun: You wanted me to sing about you, so I did. But okay. I'LL NEVER SING FOR YOU EVER AGAIN!!
- What the Hell, Hero?: Zeke calls out Zadie for being mean to JunJun.Zeke: Snout says you were mean, Zadie.
