Airdate: February 6, 2023 note

"Junior Supers": After Grandma Super hurts her toe, Malik and Zadie need to do her job of cleaning up a mess in the Starlight Room.

"Junior Supers" contains the following tropes:

  • An Aesop: Breaking big jobs down into smaller jobs can get things done quicker.
  • Book Ends: The episode started with the wombats' bedroom being messy. Using what they learned in the Starlight Room, they break things down to clean their bedroom at the end of the episode.
  • Blown Across the Room: Zadie tries to use a fan to clean up the mess, but it ends up blowing the trash (and Malik) across the room.
  • Go-to-Sleep Ending: The episode ends with the wombats fast asleep.
  • Hurt Foot Hop: After she stubs her toe on a bowling ball, Super hops up and down.
  • Matryoshka Object: Super uses a nesting doll to show how big jobs can be broken up into smaller jobs.
  • Sleep Cute: At the end of the episode, Super is sleeping with the wombat kids, and it is adorable.
  • Trash of the Titans: The Starlight Room is a filthy mess, and cleaning it up is no easy task.

"Measure for Measure": The wombats help Ellie find a new hat.

"Measure for Measure" contains the following tropes:

  • Art Shift: When Zadie is imagining a waffle hat for Ellie, it is shown in an arts-and-crafts style with Ellie as a popsicle stick.
  • Hiroshima as a Unit of Measure: The wombats need to measure Ellie's head to determine how big her new hat needs to be. They first use apples, then jellybeans to measure her head before they use a ribbon.
  • It Was a Gift: Ellie's lost hat is important to her because it was a present from her gammy.
  • Love Makes You Dumb: It's really obvious that Mr. E has a big crush on Ellie, since he goes crazy while trying to find a hat for her at the Everything Emporium. When there's not a hat that suits her, Mr. E melodramatically fires himself. He only rehires himself when the wombats tell him that they're making a hat for Ellie. He never acts like this with anyone else but Ellie.
  • Rage Against the Reflection: When Ellie doesn't find a hat she wants, Mr. E fires himself by yelling at his reflection in the mirror, telling him that he is fired.
  • Shout-Out: The episode title is a reference to the William Shakespeare play, Measure for Measure.
