PART 1:

The day after the Talent Show, Mabel and Arline are hanging out in the grass in front of the Manor, rubbing Waddles. Dipper is reading the Journal on the porch, keeping an eye out in case the spider comes back. Mabel mentions Arline's other students, but Arline says Mabel is her last one, so it is okay if she takes an extended vacation.

Mabel says Gravity Falls is a good place for that, despite the craziness that happens. With help from Dipper, Mabel tells her Master about the Tulpa the Warlock sent after them. Arline makes sure Mabel isn't having trouble with the guy, and Mabel says she and Dipper have it covered.

Leaving the pig in the grass, the girls move over to the porch, Arline complementing the twins on their performance yesterday. She reprimands Mabel for telling her brother about her training, but is willing to make an exception since Dipper picked up so much in a month. Dipper says he was able to pick up fighting from the Manotaurs in a day, having to elaborate on the Manotaur bit.

Arline is shocked at how many weird things are in the town, Dipper saying their in the woods around town, not really the town itself. He offers to take Arline on a tour of the woods, Mabel jumping on the idea. She mentions taking Arline to see Multi-bear, or introducing her to the Goblins, shocking Arline at how much is in the woods.

Before Arline can accept their offer, Stan comes outside and tells the twins to go into town to get more 'food' for the Manor. They say they were going to take Arline in the woods, but Stan gives her a dirty look and tells them to do that after they make sure they don't starve. The twins take the fifty bucks from Stan and head to Dipper's car, telling Arline that Stan thinks she stole the show yesterday. Upon finding out the fifty bucks is supposed to last an entire month, Arline points out the ridiculousness of that, the twins unconcerned about Stan's spending habits.

On the ride into town, Mabel points out places to Arline, hitting Dipper repeatedly in her excitement to show her Master around town. Arriving at the Bargains Depot, Mabel grabs a cart and begins being Mabel, Arline and Dipper talking as Mabel 'shops.' Arline compliments Dipper on his patience when dealing with his sister's craziness, before asking him about the town. Dipper explains everything to her, from the town being founded by a lost President, to them trapping the dream demon Bill Cipher in between universes.

As the cashier, Lee, checks them out, Arline says that she wants to see more of the town. The twins decide to take her to visit the goblins. Driving to the for-sale Gleeful house to avoid Stan making them do more work, the twins lead Arline into the woods. They tells her that they are taking her to a Goblin City, and she says that's even cooler than when she met the members of Duskhope.

Unfortunately, as they continue to walk and the woods get darker and darker, the twins are forced to admit that they took a wrong turn somewhere or something. They are lost, and Arline is sensing something bad. Crouching down, she points the twins to where she noticed something. Through the shadows, Dipper is able to make out a half-human, furry, sniffling figure.

Terrified, the three of them begin moving away, the werewolf not noticing them yet. Unfortunately, Dipper's shoe gets caught on a root. Arline picks the root up, not realizing it was still attached to a tree, making enough noise to alert the werewolf to their presence.

They start running back to the car, the werewolf on their tail. Dipper stupidly attempts to turn around an look at it, and trips over a log. Thinking quickly, he pushes himself up against it, temporarily hiding from the man half-transformed into a werewolf. The wolf begins sniffing around for Dipper, who jumps over the log and attempts to get away. Before he can get too far, the wolf-man, whom Dipper has now recognized as Folbrow, the hunter who chased Jace and Jess, lands in front of him.

Folbrow backhands Dipper, sending him sprawling. Before he is able to bite Dipper, Mabel appears, distracting the former hunter. Dipper stands up just as Mabel misses a hit to Folbrow's neck, the werewolf biting her shoulder. Dipper jumps in and kicks him in the neck, getting him away from Mabel. Arline then shows up and starts man-handling the werewolf, giving Dipper a chance to check on his sister.

Her shoulder is bleeding slightly, but it isn't too bad. Dipper takes off his shirt and wraps up Mabel's shoulder to stop the bleeding. The turn to see Arline has Folbrow pinned to a tree and is interrogating him. She asks why he was hunting them, and he reveals that a man in a cloak offered him a cure for his wolfyness if he brought him the kids. Arline tells him to describe the cloak man, the twins realizing that it was the Warlock when Folbrow mentions the stutter. Arline tells Folbrow to never let her see him again, what happened to him today nothing compared to what she could do to him.

The werewolf runs away as Arline check on Mabel, the twins realizing that the Warlock is almost at Bill-Cipher levels of bad guy. The three of them begin the walk back to Dipper's car and the ride back to the Manor, Dipper and Arline monitoring Mabel the entire time. Soos and Wendy are in the Gift Shop when they arrive, Wendy pulling out anti-bacterial paste and gauze bandages to wrap Mabel's shoulder properly. Mabel yells when the paste is put on her arm, Waddles coming to check on his owner, Stan not far behind him.

Dipper explains just what happened to the three who weren't there as Wendy wraps Mabel arm. After the story comes out, Stan asks Arline why she let Mabel attack a werewolf. Arline says it wasn't her fault, Mabel saying that she fought the werewolf because she wanted to help Dipper. Dipper blames himself, but Yuki, who had overheard everything from the main part of the building, reminds everyone that Mabel was bitten by a werewolf, an infectious creature.

Dipper opens the Journal, looking for the page about werewolves. He mentions the infection rate is only 60 percent and that people who turn during the growing moon become less human each night. Soos says the full moon is in three days, and Stan asks about cures for being bitten. He mentions silver bullets and eating the heart of the wolf that bit the person, both of which are out, leaving them with finding wolfsbane and putting it into a tea. It won't work immediately, but it's their only real option... which they have no way of getting.

Mabel says they should lock her up or something, scared of going too crazy. Dipper says no and they will just keep an eye on her the first night, Yuki pointing out that someone doesn't go crazy-crazy immediately. Everyone else says they can stay the night and help keep their eyes open in case Mabel does go all wolfy. Stan and his employees set themselves up around the Manor while Arline, Dipper and Waddles hang out with Mabel in the attic.

Mabel is bouncing on her bed, trying to tire herself out, Dipper watching her anxiously. He asks Arline how she got introduced to the Paths, and she says she met someone who saved her life. He taught her and a few others how to harness the energy inside them to do things like control fire, or other elements. Dipper wonder which element he is, Arline telling him he will find out eventually. Mabel says there are just four- fire, earth, air and water- but Arline says there are six, technically seven, but the unknown three are even more dangerous than fire is.

Mabel gets their attention and points out the window, the moon now in the night sky. Mabel says her shoulder feels itchy before farting loudly. Dipper reprimands her while Mabel laughs, enjoying it way too much. Her laughter causes a sneeze, and in that split second, the transformation happens. Mabel has now become a dog-person, her face that of a canine, a tail on her back, more hair than normal on her body, and her legs more dog-like.

Arline leaves to tell the others whats up, Dipper and Waddles watching Mabel, who has begun to bite the pillows on her bed. Dipper tries to get Mabel to talk to him, but she either can;t understand or doesn't want to listen. She turn to the window and barks at the moon, getting a laugh out of Dipper. He tries to tell her to come downstairs with him, but before he knows what happened, Mabel has leapt from the window and to the ground below. Too shocked to say anything, he watches as she chases her tail before running off into the woods.

PART 2:

At a house in town, Wendy's friends are hanging out and drinking soda, complaining about this being their last summer in town. Lee mentions seeing the twins and Arline in the store earlier in the day, making him think of better times. They toast to missing friends, Thompson mentioning Robbie coming to town soon. This puts a damper on the mood, but a howl from close by distracts everyone. Thompson tries to get everyone to come inside as werewolf!Mabel appears, jumping for the teens.

Back at the Manor, Stan is telling Dipper that they should have tied Mabel up like she requested as Dipper gathers supplies to track down his sister. The two of them go into the gift shop where the other four have gathered and prepared. Dipper says that on the first night, a persons main qualities are amplified, meaning that sugary candy, cute animals, or hot guys are all targets Mabel would most likely go after.

Soos and Arline climb into Soos' truck and head out, Dipper and Stan getting into the latter's El Diablo, leaving Yuki, Wendy and Waddles at the Manor in case Mabel comes back. Getting onto the main road, Dipper and Stan notice Wendy's friends examining torn up soda cans in the yard. Realizing Mabel is currently sugar-crazy, Dipper calls Soos and Arline, and the two teams head for the Candy Shop.

Toby Determined is about to enter the Candy Shop when werewolf!Mabel appears, jumping through the glass windows around the shop and taking a candy bath. Toby leaves as Stan and Dipper arrive. Dipper says to wait for Soos and Arline, but Stan says they just need Soos, still blaming Arline for Mabel getting bitten and her stealing the Talent Show. Mabel turns to them and moves to attack, before burping loud enough for the entire town to hear.

Laughing because that is exactly what Mabel would do, Dipper turns around upon hearing Soos' truck pull up. Arline and Soos climb out as Mabel leaps onto the roof on a nearby building. Arline climbs up a street pole to get to the top of the buildings, Stan following behind her after Soos says how cool it is. Arline makes it to the roof but is forced to jump to another roof to follow Mabel. She barely makes the leap, Stan laughing at her until the street pole he is on falls.

Dipper looks to where Mabel is heading and sees a blonde boy about their age walking down the street. He runs towards the boy to protect him from his sister, Soos and Stan slowly following after him as Arline continues to chase Mabel along the roofs. Dipper tackles the boy, but Mabel never shows up. Dipper stands up and notices another boy, and repeats the process with him. However, Mabel never goes for any of them, changing her direction whenever Dipper shows up.

The chase continues, Mabel slowly gaining ground on the four chasing after her. Realizing that normal Mabel would go after boys when she was alone, and nervous that their chasing her is helping the transformation process, Dipper figures out how to get Mabel distracted long enough to capture her and bring her back to the Manor until the night is over.

He stops chasing his sister and calls Wendy, Stan and Soos catching up to them. As soon as Wendy answers, he says he need someone to bring Waddles into town, knowing that no matter what else is going on, Mabel will not be able to resist her pig. Wendy says that only his car is at the Manor, but Dipper says that she can get the baby carrier Mabel bought three years ago and bring Waddles into town on her bike. After a few seconds of Wendy and Yuki communicating, Wendy says that her bike's tires are low, but Yuki will bring Waddles into town on the golf cart.

Wendy quickly says Yuki and Waddles are heading out before hanging up on Dipper, stunning the teen. He tells Soos and Stan that Waddles is on his way, which means they have to get Mabel to calm down enough to notice the pig. Stan says that's impossible with Mabel running around looking for boys to lick. Dipper gets grossed out by this, but Stan mentions their 'birds and bees' conversation from three years ago, still believing it was actually Dipper and not Mabel-in-Dipper's-body.

Dipper wonders how they will get Mabel off the roof, Soos suggesting they make pig noises to attract her. Dipper remembers that Soos was in Waddles' body three years ago, and he tells him to imitate Waddles' oinks. The first time is flawless, but it does nothing. The second time Mabel crashes down in front of them, intent to attack. Soos admits that something might have gotten lost in translation, and the three of them begin running.

As they run, Dipper tries to communicate with Mabel, to no avail. Eventually, she leaps in front of them, and they collapse in their haste to stop. Dipper begs Mabel to listen to him but Mabel continues to move in to bite them. Luckily, oinks from down the street distract her. She bolts over to the golf cart that has just shown up, Waddles in the back and Yuki in the driver's seat. As Mabel swaddles her pig, Yuki begins the drive back to the Manor.

Arline drops down from the roof next to the boys, and the four of them survey the damage... there's lots of it. The four of them head back to the cars and make it out of town before the police show up. On the way back, Dipper wonders if all werewolves are that powerful, and is concerned that Mabel was unable to understand him. Stan tells him that other wolves probably aren't that powerful- Mabel is only because of her Paths training.

Arriving back at the Manor, Wendy informs them that Mabel is with Waddles in Yuki's room, the alien monitoring her. Stan asks if they tied Mabel up, and is angered to learn that they haven't. He insists on restraining her, but Dipper refuses and goes to check on them. Seeing Mabel asleep with Waddles and Yuki nearby, Dipper closes the door and sits down against the hallway wall, falling asleep almost instantly.

He awakes the next morning to see someone had put a blanket on him in the middle of the night. Wendy walks over to him with a newspaper in hand and sits down next to him, telling him that she stayed the night in case Mabel went crazy again. She shows him the newspaper, the headlines about Mabel's rampage through the night the night before. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Unfortunately, Mabel would more than likely do the same thing again that night.

Dipper notices tears in his shirt from Mabel's claws just as Yuki is opening the door. He tells them that Mabel is waking up, before Wendy leads him away to help her and Soos fix the window Mabel jumped out of. Dipper enters Yuki's room, the same room the twins competed for three years ago, he sees that Mabel has returned to her normal human form.

Mabel wakes up, and Dipper explains that she is in Yuki's room. She then notices the cuts in his shirt, realizing that she tried to hurt him. Tearing up, she asks what happened. Dipper tries lying to her, but she is having none of it, not even believing him when he says she didn't hurt anybody, even though that part is true. Hugging his sobbing sister, he tells her what happened the night before.

An hour later, Dipper leads Mabel into the gift shop, where Yuki and Wendy are waiting, Soos still asleep on the floor. Stan walks in and checks on Mabel before turning to Dipper and asking what the plan is. As Dipper looks through the Journal, Soos wakes up and Arline comes in, everyone now accounted for.

Dipper says that he only sees the three options- silver bullet to kill Mabel, wolfsbane, or eating the heart of the wolf that bit her. Soos says that the eating-the-heart thing might not be as bad as it sounds, pointing out that Folbrow would have killed the twins had he had the chance. Arline adds that just because she warned him doesn't mean he will stay away, but Mabel says no.

Dipper turns the page and notices something called a were-man, the picture of a doe turning into a well-dressed woman. The Journal says that a were-man is an animal that was bitten by a werewolf, and turns into a human during the full moon. The Journal goes on to say that if a were-man bites a were-animal, such as Mabel, both parties revert back to their original nature. Excited, Dipper reads that were-men retain certain aspects of their animal forms, such as physical features or behavioral instincts.

A plan is quickly made- Mabel will be tied up, as she and the were-man will be transforming at the same time. Half of the team will stay at the Manor to monitor Mabel while the other half go into town to find a well-dressed person with animalistic qualities, and bring him/her back to the Manor to fix Mabel.

The day passes, everyone getting more nervous by the minute. Eventually it is time to head out. Stan, Arline and Yuki lead Mabel to the latter's room while Soos, Wendy and Dipper head into town, Wendy insisting that she stays on the outskirts of town. Soos is dropped off in the middle of town, less people out than the previous night, and Dipper heads towards the lake, reaching it just as the moon appears

A half hour passes, Dipper's desperation growing each second he doesn't see anyone. Out of the corner of his eye, he sees a man step out of a bush and start walking down the street. Dipper follows the man, taking in the nice clothes, eventually noticing that the man ha buck teeth. Dipper calls him beaver, causing the man to say that he would return the chainsaw one day.

One mystery solved, the beaver-man recognizes Dipper, mentioning his sister. Confirming that the buck-toothed man is a were-man, Dipper explains that Mabel got bitten by a werewolf and that if the beaver bites her, the two will return to their normal state. Wary of going near a werewolf but wanting to go back to normal, the beaver agrees to help Dipper. The two start to head back to Dipper's car when they hear a howl from somewhere around town.

Dipper's phone rings, and he answers without looking. Arline tells him that Mabel escaped, and that they think she went to fin Folbrow, not really herself anymore. Dipper hangs up and leads the beaver to his car. He gives the beaver his phone and tells him to text Wendy, saying that he'll pick her up later, while Dipper ignores all driving safety laws in his haste to get to where they saw Folbrow the first time- behind Gideon's old home.

Leaving the beaver behind to catch up, Dipper runs into the woods to prevent werewolf!Mabel from killing Folbrow, knowing human Mabel would hate herself forever if she kills someone. Hearing the sounds of a fight, Dipper runs to where werewolf!Mabel is pulverizing Folbrow, the werewolf unable to fight back.

Folbrow hits the ground, and Dipper runs between him and his sister. He tells Mabel not to kill Folbrow, saying she would never want to kill anyone. Mabel says she does, and that all she can currently feel is anger. She blames Folbrow for turning her into a werewolf, and for all the damage she caused in the town and to her family the night before. Dipper reminds her how she would feel in the morning, but Mabel snarls at him and sends him to the ground in front of Folbrow.

Mabel moves in, but before she can do anything, the were-man runs onto the scene and bites Mabel on the neck. Mabel picks up the beaver and throws him against a tree before the bite takes effect, Mabel reverting back to her normal human self. Dipper pulls her to her feet and tells her that while Folbrow is messed up, she didn't kill anyone. The two do an awkward-sibling-hug before turning to Folbrow. They tell him that they give people three strikes, and he has already used two. He nods, getting the point, and slowly goes away to treat his injuries.

Dipper remembers the were-man and runs to where he landed, a motionless beaver in his place. He tries to keep Mabel from seeing what happened, but she notices and starts crying into his shoulder. Thankfully, the beaver wakes up. They try communicating with the beaver, but it doesn't appear to understand them. The beaver walks over and hugs Dipper's leg before heading off into the trees. Realizing things could have gone much worse, the twins start heading back to the Manor, truly happy for the first time in a while.
