The Fashionistas return with a perfume called "Worship," which makes anybody it hits love them. It even affects the Powerpuffs, albeit temporarily. A rival perfume maker works with the girls in countering "Worship" with a disgusting perfume.
This episode contains examples of:
- Art Shift: The faux perfume commercial with the girls and the Professor is a mixed-media sort combining live backgrounds with the animation. Buttercup calls it "artsy-fartsy."
- He Cleans Up Nicely: The Professor shows off a rather nicely chiseled physique.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: When Bianca sprays the girls despite them having the counter perfume on, this forces the girls to struggle with obeying her commands. Bianca then demands Bubbles to give her the counter perfume and, when Bubbles continues to resist, she tells her to "do the right thing". Due to the wording of such a command without the context, Bubbles does so...by dropping the counter-perfume into Bianca's mind-controlling batch, which manages to break her hold over Townsville.
- Torches and Pitchforks: When Bianca's perfume hits Townsville people, she turns them against the Powerpuffs, armed with torches and pitchforks. When the girls' counter-perfume hits them, they go after Bianca with the same implements.
