When Bowser finds out about the Koopalings, he tells Junior that they can stay if they clean up the apartment. Unfortunately, it doesn't go as planned...

- An Aesop: Breaking things is not nice, It's important to take good care of them.
- Downer Ending: The apartment is in ruins, the Koopalings are sent away to North Korea never to be seen again, and Goodman kicks everyone out of the apartment.
- Get Out!: When Goodman sees the couch cut in half, he tells Mario and Bowser to get out of the apartment.
- Misplaced Retribution: Wendy sawing the couch in half with a chainsaw results in Mario and Bowser getting evicted from their apartment by Goodman. Also, when the Koopalings destroy the living room, Junior gets blamed for it.
- Plot Hole: Where did the Koopalings go when Bowser packaged them? Did they go to North Korea or did they just stay in the box because Bowser forgot about them?
- Precision F-Strike: Goodman sees what happened to the apartment and tells Mario and Bowser to "get the fuck out."
- Wham Episode: Mario, Bowser, and everyone else living in the apartment gets evicted, which leads to them moving to a new house in the next video.
- Wham Line: Goodman, upon seeing the destruction in the apartment:Goodman: (to Mario and Bowser) Get the fuck out.
