Survivor Guilt: Hiccup admits to having this. Even though he had to leave to save Toothless and himself, he feels terrible for simply abandoning his village and escaping to a place where everything from the food to the weather is better than Berk. Mirabel helps him calm down, reminding him that he tried to show them a better way, and that it's not his fault that they wouldn't listen.
Ship Tease: This whole chapter is Mirabel and Hiccup fluff.
This Is Gonna Suck: Dolores can already tell that the family's plan to bring Hiccup and Mirabel together won't end well.
