This is the Recap page for Stōked, an animated series from the creators of Total Drama and 6teen about a group of teenagers working at a surf resort. It ran from 2009 to 2013 with 52 episodes over 2 seasons.

    Season 1 
  1. Welcome to Paradise, Dudes!: Emma, Reef, and Fin come to Sunset Beach to work at Surfer's Paradise Hotel, where they befriend Broseph and Johnny and discover the resort is a tacky tourist trap - and their first jobs are to clean it up after the hotel owner's daughter Lo Ridgemount throws a wild teen party.
  2. Another Grom Bites the Dust: The gang have their first official work day, which Bummer warns will end with the poorest performing employee being fired. Meanwhile, Lo is forced by her father to get a summer job at the hotel as punishment for her party and Emma learns how to surf from Broseph.
  3. Board and Confused: Emma, Lo, Reef, Broseph, and Fin must go through the senior employees' rites of initiation, meaning they will be forced to do humiliating things all day in order to gain the privilege of surfing at "The Office", a secret section of beach will the perfect waves for surfing.
  4. Take Your Kook to Work Day: In order to make Ty Ridgemount jealous enough to notice her, Emma brings another surfer as her boyfriend to The Office, but the new guy and his friends ruin things for the rest of the gang. Meanwhile, Reef must give surfing lessons to a cranky old man.
  5. Waves of Cheese: After hearing Reef steal lines from a cheesy 90s surfing movie to impress women, Fin bribes The Big Kahuna to run the surf movie at the cinema to expose Reef. Meanwhile, the rest of the gang are having problems with two undisciplined young boys who keep pulling pranks on everyone.
  6. The Very Very Very Very Very Important Guest: Bummer makes the gang cater to the every whim of a well-known hotel reviewer named Mr. Stanley Stevens. Meanwhile, El Duderino, the ultimate wave that hits once every 20 years, is coming Sunset Beach, and Reef and Broseph are determined to ride it.
  7. Hang 9: After Reef breaks his pinky toe while surfing, Fin replaces him as the hotel's surf teacher and proves the better instructor, threatening Reef's job. Meanwhile, Lo humiliates George Ridgemount in front of his crush, so he plans revenge against his sister.
  8. Fast Times when the Rip Tide's High: A surfing contest between Fin and Reef goes wrong when the two drift out to sea and end up on a remote island. Meanwhile, Lo steals an extremely valuable vintage surfboard to impress her dad, only for the board to go missing afterwards.
  9. Reef and That Evil Totem: Reef finds a miniature totem pole that he takes as a good-luck charm, only to find that it actually gives him the opposite. Meanwhile, Lo is assigned a job as the babysitter for the hotel guests' children, who are all spoiled and out-of-control brats.
  10. Reef, Broseph and Emma's Totally Stupid Adventure: Broseph, Reef and Emma sneak out of work to buy Beaver Tails, but get lost on their way back. Meanwhile, Fin posts photos of the messiest room in the hotel online, but finds out it belongs to a guy she's crushing on.
  11. Boards of Glory: Reef and Fin enter a tandem surf contest, but when Reef accidentally drops Fin and dislocates her shoulder, Broseph becomes his new partner. Meanwhile, Johnny and Emma pose as a couple in order to film the team Reef and Broseph are up against and see how good they truly are.
  12. Chargin' Into The Night: When Bummer leaves for a blind date with Kelly, the gang goes night surfing with the help of floodlights, but the lights cause a power outage for the entire hotel. As a result, Emma gets trapped in the elevator with Ty.
  13. O Broseph, Where Art Thou?: Afraid that Emma received a bad evaluation, that will get her fired, Lo and Fin try to track down the paperwork before it reaches Bummer. Meanwhile, Broseph gets kicked out of the staff residence by Reef and Johnny, and builds a giant sandcastle to live in instead.
  14. Groms Gone Wild!: Bummer leaves for the weekend and leaves Johnny in charge, so the gang convinces him to be a "fun" boss, which only leads to pure chaos. Meanwhile, Reef tries to build a bromance with a pro surfer staying at the resort, who merely finds him to be a nuisance.
  15. Chum Music: Lo lies to Fin and Emma that a rock star staying at the resort is her boyfriend, but when Emma and Fin catch him kissing another girl, they attempt to punish him for his alleged cheating. Meanwhile, Reef wants to start a surf crew, but can't find anyone willing to join it.
  16. Penthouse of Horror: Fin, Reef, Lo, and Broseph get trapped in an old hotel room that Bummer claims to be haunted by a ghost. Meanwhile, The Big Kahuna faces off against a vengeful zombie fish stick that he has accidentally brought back to life.
  17. Mr. Wahine: Reef disguises himself as a girl named Sandy Beaches to beat Fin in the Battle of the Betties, but Bummer ends up falling in love with Sandy. Meanwhile, Emma breaks her surfboard and Broseph's, so The Big Kahuna hires her for odd jobs so she can get new boards.
  18. Grand Theft Whale Bus: A band comes to town, but The Big Kahuna isn't around to drive them to their concert, so the gang convinces Johnny to steal the Whale Bus to get them there. Meanwhile, Bummer discovers the gang have ditched work and makes it his personal mission to track them down.
  19. A Boy Named Leslie: Reef's mother comes to visit and begins embarrassing her son, so he gets The Big Kahuna to keep her busy. Meanwhile, Emma is devastated when Kelly starts dating Ty for his dad's money, so she and Lo try to sabotage their first date.
  20. Who Knows What Evil Lurks In The Heart Of Clam?: During a prank war with Captain Ron's Resort, Captain Ron's mascot Captain Clam joins forces with Surfer's Paradise, but Wipeout believes the Clam is up to no good. Meanwhile Reef dates a girl from Fin's past, but gets more than he bargained for.
  21. Slumber Party Animals: Reef lists the hotel as a nudist resort in hopes of bringing in naked chicks, but instead gets middle-aged twin male German nudists. Meanwhile, Emma, Lo, and Fin have an all-girls' party in one of the suites, but Lo's mom joins them, embarrassing her daughter.
  22. Endless Bummer: Bummer has a stress-induced breakdown, so the gang teach him to be chill and relaxed, only to do too good of a job. Meanwhile, Lo learns from her dad to be tough on the daycare kids, and Johnny finally scores a date with Emma, but it doesn't go the way he planned.note 
  23. BroFinger: Emma starts dating Ripper and discovers he's actually very sweet and not at all obnoxious when not hanging out with No-Pants Lance. Meanwhile, Fin and Reef trick Broseph into being a sponsor for a soft drink company so they can get free stuff.
  24. A Prank Too Far: After the gang's endless pranks on him begin to affect their jobs (and the guests' comfort), Bummer (a former prankster himself) devises a secret plan to pull off the greatest prank ever in hopes of ending his employees' pranking spree once and for all.note 
  25. The Pirate Who Came to Lunch: Broseph gets his hair braided to impress a girl, and mysteriously loses his surfing skills afterwards. Meanwhile, Lo and Emma hatch up a vengeance scheme on Kelly after her latest series of misdeeds, only for their plans to backfire horribly.
  26. The Day the Sea Stood Still: The gang discovers that all the waves in the ocean have mysteriously vanished, forcing them to find new hobbies and threatening the hotel's revenue. Meanwhile, Mr. Ridgemount decides that Lo is ready to return to the family penthouse and leave her summer job behind.note 

    Season 2 
  1. The Make-Out Fake-Out: Lo runs into her ex-boyfriend Curtis and learns he is going out with Fin. To make them jealous, Lo tells the two that Reef is her boyfriend, but the two must make the charade appear genuine when Fin and Curtis suggest going on a double date with them.
  2. Surf Surf Revolution: Reef creates a surfing simulator video game so that he can find more time to surf while still teaching his students. However, his scheme backfires when the game becomes so popular and effective for surfing lessons that Bummer fires him.
  3. The Captain, The Grom, His Job and Her Dream: Tired of scrubbing toilets and cleaning filthy hotel rooms, Fin applies for a job at Captain Ron's Resort. When Reef finds out however, he tries everything in his power to convince Fin to stay at Surfer's Paradise Hotel.
  4. Will the Real Broseph Please Stand Up: Fin and Reef compete to see who will become the special surf advisor to a hot young Hollywood star. However, their plans go awry when the star chooses Broseph as his advisor and proceeds to steal Broseph's identity one step at a time.
  5. I Like Beaver Butts and I Cannot Lie: Reef, Broseph, and Bummer start selling stolen Beaver Tails to make some more money. Meanwhile, Lo buys a tanning product that makes her smell like bacon and has to be reapplied every 20 minutes or she turns orange.
  6. Sick Day: When Lo sees Ty cleaning up after a littering surfer over Kelly's objections, she helps Emma by setting her up with Ty for beach clean-up duty, prompting a jealous Kelly to interfere. Meanwhile, Reef, Fin, Broseph, and Johnny try to find a way to skip work and catch some waves.
  7. Channel Surfers: Lo and Reef struggle to keep their new romantic relationship a secret from their friends. But when Johnny sets up a spy camera to see what the waves are like, he ends up finding Lo and Reef's makeout spot and the new show becomes a hit with the rest of the staff.
  8. Grommy the Vampire Slayer: Reef, Broseph, and Johnny fear that the three dark and creepy-looking young men from Eastern Europe who have come to Surfer's Paradise Hotel are in fact vampires. Meanwhile, Lo is bitten by something and starts behaving like a seagull.
  9. Grumpy Old Brahs: The gang believes that Broseph has developed the ability to predict when the water is ideal for surfing, unaware that a hearing aid has really become lodged inside his afro. Meanwhile, Reef starts to believe he is old after two little boys outdo him at surfing.
  10. Hunka Hunka Burnin' Reef: Fin gets annoyed with Reef's new relationship with Lo and tries to compete against her to see who Reef really likes the most. Meanwhile, Bummer wants Emma and Broseph to get rid of a sea turtle and its nest that have shown up on the hotel's beach.
  11. Boardy Brotherhood: Reef, Broseph, and Johnny buy a high-quality pair of boardshorts to share together, but soon start fighting with each other over sharing them. Meanwhile, Emma realizes summer is half over and brings Lo and Fin to do everything they want to do.
  12. Safety Last: Bummer forces the gang all to become members of his newly established Hotel Safety Patrol Group to assure that no guests will ever be injured and thus never face the threat of a lawsuit against the hotel. However, his obsession with safety is a little too much for everyone else.
  13. Clinging in the Rain: A massive hurricane is making its way towards Surfer's Paradise Hotel. However, the gang doesn't get the news and are instead left behind during the evacuation of the hotel's staff and guests, thus leaving them all at the mercy of the hurricane.
  14. My Fair Leslie: Lo decides to give Reef a total makeover in personality and appearance in order to demonstrate to Mr. Ridgemount that he is worthy of being her boyfriend. Meanwhile, Johnny decides to teach Broseph how to drive the Whale Bus so that he can impress a girl.
  15. Browatch: Ripper is forced to take a sick leave after a stunt gone wrong, so Broseph is assigned to his duties at the beach's lifeguard tower. Meanwhile, the rest of the gang decide to scam gullible tourists by pretending that the staff residence is in fact Surfer's Paradise Hotel.
  16. Bad Sports: Emma tries on a wetsuit belonging to a famous guest staying at the hotel, but finds that it's too tight for her to take off. Meanwhile, Reef and Fin battle with each other to see who gets the new and promising position of recreational activities manager for Surfer's Paradise Hotel.
  17. (500) Days of Bummer: Bummer falls in love with a guest at the hotel named Chrissy, but he refuses to ask her out, because it would violate his rules against dating the guests. However, the gang decide to play matchmaker so they can distract him and get more time to surf.
  18. The Reefinator: Broseph gets really sick after he eats a bad sandwich and has a series of Christmas Carol-like hallucinations. Meanwhile, Lo starts telling people that Reef is a martial arts expert after seeing him accidentally scare off a bully, getting Reef in deep trouble with said bully.
  19. Dirty Little Secret, Nerdy Little Secrets: Gromfest, the biggest surfing competition of the summer, is coming up soon, and Fin has been honing her surfing skills like crazy for it. However, she finds an unexpected challenger in the form of Emma, and grows jealous of her.
  20. Sweet, Sweet, Meat Cheat: Lo decides to become a vegetarian, and forces Reef to become a vegetarian alongside her. Unfortunately, Reef is a massive meat-lover and cheats on his diet in order to prepare for a upcoming local hot dog eating contest - which Fin mishears as him having an affair.
  21. To Catch a Reef: A series of robberies being conducted by a mysterious thief are plaguing Surfer's Paradise Hotel, so Bummer assigns Johnny and Broseph with the duty of catching the culprit. Meanwhile, Emma and Fin set up a hotel dating service for the guests.
  22. Surfer's Got Talent: Bummer decides to make the hotel more exciting by throwing a talent contest starring the resort's staff. In return, he promises to give the contest's winner a four-day weekend, but to get it, all of the staff members will have to put on an amazing original show of talent.
  23. Groms on Strike: The gang finally get fed up with their living conditions in the staff residence and decide to all go on strike until things improve. However, Bummer and the senior staff will not put up with this and do everything they can to get them to give up on the strike.
  24. Heartbreak Hotel: Reef, Broseph, and Johnny have a boys-only weekend, but Fin decides to join the guys and proves a little overwhelming for them. Meanwhile, Lo and Emma cook up a plan to break up Kelly and Ty, and then get Ty a rebound girlfriend to finally get him with Emma.
  25. All We Are Saying is Give Reef a Chance: Fed up with his daughter dating Reef, Mr. Ridgemount bribes Lo to dump Reef for a brand new car, but Lo decides to instead take the car and keep seeing Reef instead. Meanwhile, Broseph find a lump of ambergris that Emma wants to sell to buy a wetsuit.
  26. 'Grom Fest': Gromfest, the biggest surfing competition of the summer, comes to Sunset Beach, and the entire gang prepares to compete. However, events for all of them mean that the one big event they've all been hyped for might not go as perfectly for any of them as they hoped.note
