When Master Hand's Mexican cousin Maestro Mano introduces his fighting cast of Nickelodeon characters, Master Hand summons Mario to deal with them.

• Big "NO!": Maestro Mano lets out one when the Nickelodeon characters take the episode into a different direction. He does it again later when Mario burns them with his final smash.
• Breaking the Fourth Wall:
  • When the Nickelodeon characters abduct Mario to take him to their own shows, Maestro Mano complains how this wasn't where he wanted the episode to go.
  • Mario reads directly from the SMG4 Wiki to make his head big enough to challenge Jimmy Neutron.
• The Cameo: Zero appears as a crudely drawn Among Us character inserted into Jimmy Neutron's subtitles.
• Continuity Nod:
  • Tari and Swag are still hiding in Mexico.
  • Melony is still working on becoming a manga artist.
• Didn't Think This Through:
  • When Jimmy Neutron gets knocked over by Mario, he can't get back up because his head is too heavy. Overlaps with Irony when he mentions this trope.
  • Apparently, the kids show characters from Nickelodeon that Maestro Mano hired are too weak to take on Mario, who is an action adventure videogame icon.
• Evil Is Petty: Jimmy Neutron, who executes Sheen for slightly overpouring his milk.
  Sheen: Jimmy, I'M SORRY! I DIDN'T MEAN TO OVER POUR YOUR DRINK!
  Jimmy: Sheen... you know full well my daily CALCIUM intake must be 495 millilitres exactly and you have gone 0.0000005% over that...
  Sheen: PLEASE JIMMY I—
  Jimmy: SILENCE!

• Mythology Gag:
  • Patrick Star gains Sans' powers by repeatedly saying a snippet of the line: "Maybe it's the way you're dressed," making him use Sans' Voice Grunting.
  • Similarly, when Mario finds himself in Jimmy Neutron; the titular Boy Genius is seen with a large head complaining at Sheen for overpouring his milk by 0.0000005%. In this case, it's a role reversal of what happened in the episode Sheens Brain.
• No-Sell: As it turns out, none of the Nickelodeon characters Maestro Mano sent after Mario could actually hurt him.
  Maestro Mano: Ah crap, why'd I think getting kids cartoons to fight would be a good idea?
• Pet the Dog: When Cosmo and Wanda becomes Mario's fairy godparents, what is one of the things he wishes for? An axolotl for Melony. Granted, it's not Axol, but the thought counts.
