"In Memory of the Myreque" is a miniquest set in the aftermath of "The Lord of Vampyrium". Before and during that quest, most of the Myreque had died. Only you, Veliaf Hurtz, and Ivan Strom remained as confirmed survivors. Now, in an out-of-the-way place in the north of Morytania, Veliaf wishes to construct a memorial to them. The memorial will consist of a statue of each deceased member, holding a blisterwood sickle (a sickle being the symbol and signature weapon of the Myreque), and in front of them an item that was associated with the person.
The memorials:
Sani Piliu: At the time of her death during "In Search of the Myreque", the sole female member of the Myreque. She had blue hair, but it wasn't natural- she dyed it with a dye made of blue blamish snail shells. Her item is thus a pointed blue blamish snail shell.
Harold Evans: The other Myreque member that Vanstrom killed. He was the Myreque's tattoo artist, giving them blue tattoos using nail beast nails and the same blamish dye that Sani used. His item is a set of those nails.
Andiess Juip: A member of the Meiyerditch Myreque, killed by a Vyrewatch during "Legacy of Seergaze". He wore body armor made out of tanned snake hide, so his item is a snakeskin body.
Flaygian Screwte: The Myreque member who designed the Ivandis Flail, who has disappeared by the time of "The Lord of Vampyrium". His item is an Ivandis Flail, to honor his ingenuity.
Kael Forshaw: One of the Myreque who died on Vampyrium, killed by one of Lord Drakan's pet Venators. He had a tendency to lose his shoes, so his item is a pair of rune armored boots.
Mekritus A'Hara: The guard of the Myreque's Meiyerditch hideout, also killed by a Venator. He had a case of anxiety, which could only be calmed by Mort Myre pears, which have medicinal (and anxiety-reducing) properties. His item is one of those pears.
Radigad Ponfit: A former Asgardian mercenary who joined the Myreque, and was killed by Lord Drakan. Radigad loved the moonlight mead sold in Canifis, much to Veliaf's confusion and admiration. His item is a glass of moonlight mead.
Vertida Sefalatis: A ranger and Safalaan's second-in-command. He was drained to death by Lord Drakan in order to heal him after the first stage of his fight. He created and used a blisterwood stake-throwing crossbow, which he named 'Screwte', in honor of Flaygian, who created the crossbow's design. His item is a blisterwood crossbow.
Polmafi Ferdigris: A tactician of Veliaf's branch of the Myreque, whose first and last field outing was the attempted assassination of Lord Drakan. He was thrown back through a portal to Vampyrium, and his current fate is unknown. His item is a copy of Histories of the Hallowland.
Safalaan Hallow: The leader of the Meiyerditch Myreque, and a half-Icyene. Veliaf's closest friend, and co-founder of the Myreque. His item is a bottle of holy water.
Tropes
- Forgotten Fallen Friend: Averted. Every dead member of the Myreque is memorialized here, and they all have personal traits revealed.
- Never Found the Body: It's not known whether or not Polmafi survived after Drakan knocked him back into the portal to Vampyrium.
- We Hardly Knew Ye: The miniquest gives some information on Sani Piliu and Harold Evans, both of whom were killed shortly after the player met them for the first time.
