  • And Call Him "George": Mikey declares he'll name all his unicorns George. Except for one, which he'll name Mikey Junior.
  • Bait-and-Switch Comment: Hueso assures the turtles that is wasn't their fault for the trouble with the mobs. It was his fault...for calling them.
  • Blatant Lies: Leo tries to claim he has the perfect dish for the Masters of Barbarianism, but all he serves them is burnt toast.
  • Chekhov's Gun: Mikey uses the unicorns he and Leo got like a tidal wave to knock the mobs out of Hueso's restaurant.
  • Competition Freak: Mikey makes everything with him and Leo a competition, including them waiting on the two mobster parties. Leo eventually gets sick of his little brother’s attitude that he starts competing to be the best waiter as well.
  • Cooking Duel: Leo and Mikey start one in their competition to impress the mobsters.

  • Overly Long Gag: After Mikey and Leo unleash their large collection of unicorns they earned throughout the night, Mikey is naming off all his unicorns, which are mostly named “George”. Leo eventually gets sick of the gag and gets Mikey to stop it.
  • Snake People: The goons of the Masters of Barbarianism are this.
  • Weird Currency: The gangs reward Mikey and Leo with tiny unicorns every time they provide excellent service. Though, it's unclear if these are actually money to them or not.

How to Make Enemies and Bend People to Your Will

  • Contrived Coincidence: The turtles happened to be nearby while the Foot Clan was searching for the next dark armor piece.
  • Epic Fail: The Recruit attempts to attack the turtles, only to get herself sprayed by a smelly flower.
  • Serious Business: The groundskeepers at the botanical garden are hilariously serious about their jobs. They take on the Foot Clan without hesitation and actually hold their own.
  • Villain Episode: The episode primarily focuses on Baron Draxum and the Foot Recruit.
  • You, Get Me Coffee: In order to rank up, Draxum and the Recruit have to perform a variety of menial tasks, the first of which involves literally getting coffee for the rest of the Foot.
