Rigby must do a pull up or he will lose his job at the park.
Tropes:
- A Day in the Limelight: Eileen, who has her first major appearance without Margret.
- Cheaters Never Prosper: Played with. Rigby's muscle enhancements barley help him with his pull up, in fact making him harder, but he still pulls it off.
- Didn't Think This Through: Rigby uses "The Russian" to make his muscles big enough to do the pull-up. Unfortunately, due to his short stature and the amount of muscles he put into his system, he has a hard time moving and later has to be taken to the hospital. Lampshaded by Eileen:Eileen: Oh, Rigby. There are no shortcuts to physical fitness.
- Does This Remind You of Anything?: Rigby using "The Russian" to become muscular is a subtle euphemism for taking anabolic steroids.
- Hidden Depths: Elieen is shown to be a skilled gymnast and physical trainer.
- Jerkass: Muscle Man spends the entire episode reveling in the fact Rigby can't do a pull-up, from mocking him with The Price Is Right losing horn sound to advertising his final test as a sideshow. Plus, he did not even give the people watching it any refunds.
- Mother Russia Makes You Strong: "The Russian" makes you strong.
- Ship Tease: Rigby and Eileen spend a lot of the episode together and in the end, Rigby is so thankful for her help he'd give her a hug if he weren't worried his freakishly huge arms would hurt her. Eileen takes him up on the offer anyway.Eileen: (sound of her back cracking) Totally worth it...
- Top-Heavy Guy: After overdoing it with The Russian, Rigby's upper body becomes ridicously muscular, but his legs are still the same.
