• Godzilla Threshold: With the Wolfblade Conglomerate too tough for the Zords, Cam says they've reached the point where they have to open up the previous episode's museum piece, and Sensei agrees. After reading over the document, Cam says the only way he can claim what's needed is for the others to give him their power discs. The other Rangers are forced to pilot their Zords in civilian form, while waiting for Cam to return.
• Hollywood Tone-Deaf: Marah and Kapri also want in on the talent contest and try their hands at singing. Choobo thinks they ruptured his eardrums.
  Kapri: C'mon, it wasn't that bad.
  Lothor: [entering] Not that bad?! I thought someone was dragging their nails across a chalkboard!
• Hope Spot: The Thunderstorm Megazord blasts the Wolfblade Conglomerate, causing a massive explosion. The Rangers celebrate, only for the monster to get back up and give them a beating.
• Lampshade Hanging: After the Rangers prevail, Zurgane asks Lothor if Shimazu is to be banished. Lothor notes that if he did have such a policy against those who failed, he'd have no army left.
• Let Me Get This Straight...: Tori's reaction to Cam saying he needs the others to hand over their power discs.
• Little "No": Hunter when the Wolfblade Conglomerate reveals it survived the Thunderstorm Megazord's Finishing Move.
• "Oh, Crap!" Smile: Shane and Tori when Blake and Hunter catch them trying to spy on their practice for the talent contest.
• Villain Song: In an attempt to further Lothar's plans by winning a televised talent show, Marah and Kapri perform a catchy pop song that contains a Sarcastic Confession about how "I'm an interstellar ninja from an evil UFO!"
• You Fool!: Lothor is outraged over the Rangers narrowly escaping the Wolfblade Conglomerate. When Zurgane tries to see the bright side of the Zords getting badly damaged, Lothor shouts this when noting that Cam will quickly finish any repairs.
• You Have Failed Me: Lothor is willing to keep Shimazu around for now, but he warns all his generals that they'd best figure out how to beat the Rangers soon or else he'll do far worse than mere banishment.
