Pinkie Pie comes back from her trip and the twins are glad that she's back and the psychological damage has gone away but a bit sad about what happened to Starlight (although Pinkie says that Starlight will be back eventually). The twins want to go to the Crystal Empire but Pinkie Pie says no because it is too far and therefore dangerous.
Later, in the playpen, the twins are bored and trying to think of something to do. Flushing things down the toilet is out because the adults are in earshot and besides, there's nothing new to flush and flushing Smarty Pants is still not allowed. At the mention of Smarty Pants, Pound gets an idea: play fight with the stuffed animals.
They begin sparring with Pumpkin's rubber chicken and Pound's toy monkey, then switch things around several times, but when they start fighting with Smarty Pants and a toy turtle, Pumpkin accidentally causes the turtle to hit Pound in the eye.
He starts crying, causing Pumpkin to apologise and the parents to come running. Pumpkin comes clean and the parents rush Pound to the doctor's while Pinkie Pie keeps an eye (no pun intended) on Pumpkin.

- I Call It "Vera": When Pumpkin is using her rubber chicken as a weapon, she calls it "Boneless Junior".
- NOT!: Pound says, "Oh, I so scared, not!" during the play fight.
- Ow, My Body Part!: Pound says, "My eye!" when he gets hit in the eye.
- Snark Ball: During their play fight, the twins become a lot more banter-y than usual as part of the game.
- Speak in Unison: The twins say, "Oh" at once upon hearing they aren't allowed to go to the Crystal Empire.
