"I may have spiked his tea..."
When a rehab confidante betrays Alison and threatens to expose the truth about Aynsley’s death, she goes into free fall on the eve of Family Day. With Donnie and the kids set to visit, it’s all clones on deck to contain the fallout.

- Get Out!: Cosima to Delphine after learning that the stem cells used to treat her illness came from Kira.
- Ice-Cream Koan: Vic tries to sound deep and mature so Sarah will see how much he's changed and take him back, but he doesn't really make sense.
- I Just Shot Marvin in the Face: When Donnie confronts Leekie, he smacks his gun against the steering wheel of his car. It accidentally discharges, killing Leekie instantly.
- Laser-Guided Karma/Karmic Death: Leekie used people as pawns, and one of his pawns killed him.
- Leaning on the Fourth Wall: During the roleplaying skit.Sarah: And I'm
being Alison being Donnie? - Little Miss Badass: When Kira finds out that Cosima needs her stem cells, she nonchalantly yanks one of her loose teeth out with string and a doorknob.
- Manipulative Bastard: Vic gets Alison to tell him about how Aynsley died.
- My God, What Have I Done?: When Donnie realizes the true nature of the Dyad and what they've been doing to his wife. He has this again after he accidentally shoots Leekie in the face.
- Oh, Crap!:
- When Alison overhears Vic talking with Angela on the phone.
- When Cal realizes that someone is spying on him through his webcam.
- Sarah gets a HUGE one when - while impersonating Alison at the rehab center's Family Day - she is called upon to do a skit with Donnie.
Sarah: [under her breath] Ohhhhhh...shit. [turns on huge, fake smile] - Oh, My Gods!Vic: For the love of Buddha!
- Out of Focus: Helena doesn't appear in this episode.

- Though Rachel has had plenty of Kick the Dog moments, in this episode she decides to spare Leekie, lying to Marian that he's been eliminated.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Alison gives one to Donnie when she confronts him about his involvement with the Dyad.Alison: You destroyed us, Donnie, with the spying and the lies. I love you so much and you ruined our family. And you're so stupid you don't even know why.
- Slipping a Mickey: Felix spikes Vic's tea so he will miss his meeting with Angela.
- Soundtrack Dissonance: "Love Is All Around" by The Troggs plays after Donnie accidentally shoots and kills Leekie.
- Unwitting Pawn: Donnie comes off much more sympathetic than previously, due to the reveal that he's not a plant and really is who he presents himself as, and really loves Alison and the children — he was recruited in college to participate in what he thought was told was a harmless sociology experiment, and is shocked and horrified when Alison tells him about the medical tests that were being secretly conducted on her during the night.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Cosima chews out Delphine for using Kira's cells in her treatment without telling her.
- You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: Subverted. Rachel and Marian plan to do this to Leekie, but Rachel spares him because of her sentimental attachment to him. Leekie still ends up dying.
