Caputo and Linda attend "CorrectiCon" in Baltimore, where we learn just how out of touch MCC is. We're treated to Maritza's back story as a con artist and car thief. Conditions in the prison continue to worsen: with 100 new inmates and the same budget, such "non-essentials" as maxipads are unavailable. Suzanne and Lorna play sleuth to try and catch the "shower pooper." The Latina inmates build their panty business. They're clueless until Maritza remembers she drives the prison van. Piper hints to Piscatella that the Latinas are up to no good.

- Incompatible Orientation: Piper tries to flatter Piscatella into helping her get back at the latin gang crimes happening in prison because of her. Unfortunately for her, Piscatella is gay.
- Internal Reveal: Taystee learns about Caputo's gig in Side Boob.
- The Internet Is for Porn: Taystee tries to search for Poussey on the internet, but instead finds porn ads instead...as well as a cat dressed as George Washington.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Piper when she realizes her "Community Carers" meeting gets turned into a little white pride rally.
- Oh, Crap!: Maritza's reaction when the car salesman tags along on her "test drive."
- The Password Is Always "Swordfish": Taystee gets into Caputo's laptop by finding it on his poster of Side Boob.
- Serial Escalation: Piscatella feels that just graffiti on the walls is enough to make more things go out of control involving gangs and fights.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Hapakuka sneaks right the hell out during the "White Lives Matter" chant.
- Shooting Gallery: One of the displays. Linda is very good at it.
- Shout-Out: Piper accidentally triggering a Neo-Nazi chant is treated to "Tomorrow Belongs To Me."
- Squick: Lorna has this reaction to finding a big pile of shit in one of the showers.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Danny gives one to everyone attending the "CorrectiCon"and points out how they wrongfully spend their money and neglect the needs of inmate Sophia Bursett in MAX.
