As the Luminous Witches travel to the Orussian town of Chelyabinsk so they can prepare for the local radio concert, Moffy becomes sick. Once the witches arrive in Chelyabinsk, Ginny, Milasha and Inori encounter Volodya Litvyak and his wife Anna, and they eventually learn about their connection with the 501st JFW's Sanya Litvyak.

- Bookends: In The Teaser for this episode, Milasha, Ginny, Maria and Inori sleep as their plane flies towards Chelyabinsk. At the end, all of the witches besides Gracie sleep on the couch after finishing their radio concert.
- The Cameo: Misato Fukuen, Ayuru Ohashi and Mai Kadowaki briefly return as Yoshika Miyafuji, Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen and Sanya V. Litvyak, respectively, from Strike Witches for the final moments of the episode.
