Recap / Kim Possible S 4 E 3 Trading Faces

Go To

Just when Kim's Senior year at high school is going great, she receives a nasty surprise: the Tweebs have been skipped ahead to Freshmen! At the same time, Team Possible deals with a mystery where big time celebrities are accused of crimes they pulled while being in two places at once.

This episode provides examples of:

  • Action Dress Rip: Kim is in a gown in which she can barely walk, much less catch up with the escaping Camille Leon. However, one appropriate tear later, she's free to move about.
    Fashion Designer: I love It!
    Kim: Me too!
  • Big "NO!": Kim let out such a one when she learned that Jim and Tim were going to Middleton High, it caused an earthquake and set off car alarms.
  • Big "WHY?!": Ron does this when he realises the Senior lunch table is missing.
  • Call-Back: Camille mentions that she wore Kim's look for "about five minutes". Could be referring to "Kimitation Nation" when "Kim Style" was sweeping the nation.
  • Grade Skipper: The Tweebs become this in this episode.
  • Imagine Spot: Kim and Ron have one about eating at the Senior lunch table.
  • Makeup Weapon: Tracking powder, which is fired from a compact. After Kim uses it on Camille, it accidentally hits the audience. Luckily, Debutante finds Camille for them.
  • Pet Positive Identification: Camillie's identity is uncovered at the end when her cat, Debutante, jumps in her lap.
  • Running Gag: Camille's photographers showing up and promptly getting shoved away.
  • Singing in the Shower: According to the Tweebs, Kim has a tendency to do this.
  • Take Our Word for It: Because of a new decree, the school was forced to reveal what the Mystery Meat really is. The viewers never learn what it is but the students are disgusted.
  • Yank the Dog's Chain: Kim and Ron have been looking forward finally having Senior lunch ever since "Kimitation Nation" and, just when they're about to have their first lunch as Senior year students, they learn the Senior lunch has been discontinued to finance the grade skipping program.

The ingredients are revealed

Middleton High is forced to divulge the contents of their cafeteria food to the students. It's something the audience is clearly better off not knowing.
