Alright, time to find some ghosts...and let's hope they're friendly...
Setchan: Previously on… Zenkaiger!
Stacy's started calling himself "Satoshi" and had ice cream at Yacchan's store!
What's the big idea behind that? Is he gonna come visit again?

Magine's local occult club informs her of a ghost inside their school, wanting her to come with. Unfortunately, Toumei Wald gets in the way by turning anything and everything invisible, including Juran! As his plans start to hit closer to home, Magine unleashes a side of herself that no one ever dares to touch...

Tropes

  • Beware the Nice Ones: This episode stands as a good example why you shouldn't ever piss off Magine. As soon as she gets notice of Toumei Wald terrorizing the city, she unleashes her dark side and proceeds to curse the Wald into submission. In battle, she uses her magic to create a bunch of nails for the invisible Kudacks to step on, all with a wicked laugh.
  • Chekhov's Gag: The team decides to use invisible!Juran as a way to trick the kids that there's a ghost in the building, only to get thwarted by Toumei Wald's plans. In the mecha battle, Juran leaves the battlefield to sneak into the school and trick the kids into believing that there is a ghost in the high school. His plan worked, allowing the kids to go along their day...only for it to be revealed that there was a ghost in the building all along.
  • Friend-or-Idol Decision: The episode ends with Stacy at a loss over whether to continue assisting the Tozitend over his feelings for Yatsude.
  • Mythology Gag: The mecha fight following the use of Gear #5 - Taiyou Sentai Sun Vulcan has Vroon utter the Gratuitous English lyrics of the series' opening.
Vroon: Follow the sun! Catch the sun!
  • Off-the-Shelf FX: Scenes of the half-invisible ZenkaiOh JuraGaon were done with a modified Deluxe ZenkaiOh toy to represent the still-visible Gaon side.
  • Oh, No... Not Again!: Juran says this as he once again gets hit by Great Toumei Wald's beam, turning himself (and his half of ZenkaiOh by extension) invisible again.
  • Out of Focus: Stacy only has one scene at the end of the episode, expressing mixed feelings in regards to Yatsude and his motivations.
  • The Reveal: The end of the episode shows that Juran went to the abandoned school during the mecha battle to hopefully trick the kids into believing a ghost was there before his invisibility ran out.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Downplayed. After his failed attempt at fighting the invisible Kudacks and shortly when the other Zenkaigers arrive, Zocks is seen hanging back on a metal girder, letting them beat the Kudacks on their own.
