Vroon decides to borrow some books at the library as the others deal with Magine's uncleanliness. All of the sudden, a pile of trash appears in all over the city, leading to none other than Gomi Wald! Vroon's need for neatness revs up to the max as he leads the world's first large-scale cleaning operation, while a mysterious person appears in the midst of this trash — thinking that they're not strong enough on their own.
Tropes
- Chekhov's Gag: Magine's Trash of the Titans living habits have her so used to garbage she ends up being the only one immune to Gomi Wald's Lazy Bum plague, and later showing to have a talent for finding things and people lost in the piles of garbage.
- Foreshadowing: Ijirude's new invention for his Tojiru Gears looks oddly shaped like a certain other gun that uses Sentai Gears.
- Heroic Willpower: Vroon's drive to clean pushes Gomi Wald's Lazy Bum plague to the curb.
- In the Name of the Moon: This episode has a garbage-themed twist on the Zenkaiger roll call:Kaito: The Raw Garbage Power!note Zenkaizer!Juran: The Oversized Garbage Power!note Zenkai Juran!Gaon: The Uncombustable Garbage Power!note Zenkai Gaon!Magine: The Untidy Power!note Zenkai Magine!Vroon: The Cleanup Power!note Zenkai Vroon!
- Lazy Bum: Gomi Wald's trash invokes this in anybody who's near his trash, making them feel exactly like trash. Through sheer Heroic Willpower however, the team - sans Magine - were able to push back against it, but it still lingers throughout their fight.
- Mythology Gag:
- Magine dances Jumon Kohrin: Magical Force to the Geartlinger's standby tune.
- She also invokes Hiromu's catchphrase and pose ("Ready, go!") before utilizing his speed against Gomi Wald.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Played for Laughs when Magine gets sent back to Colorful when she hits Vroon's Rage Breaking Point over her uncleanliness causing more mess than she is helping.
- Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: During Vroon's fight with Gomi Wald, the others quickly notice that something's wrong with him. Kaito points out that he's been cleaning all day, which is why he's so tired.
- Wham Shot:
- A mysterious man arrives on the scene, making some rather ominous comments about the team's strength before leaving when Gomi Wald invokes his Lazy Bum plague.
- The end of the episode has the mysterious man suddenly appearing in the Tozitend base and confronting Barashitara, dropping the following bomb:Mysterious Man: What's the matter? Don't you recognize your own son?
