Summary
A jaunty pirate and some swordsmen make for a...rather interesting crew.
Touma, Mei, Rintaro, and Kento are all staring anxiously towards the sky when just then a shooting star descends from up above when it crashes to the ground. This "shooting star" is actually a mysterious other-worldly beast. With Touma, Kento and Rintaro struggling against it, Zocks suddenly enters the fray to stop it. But the task may be more difficult with all of their Wonder Ride Books suddenly vanishing...
This is followed by The Swordsmen And Pirates, a Brother's Vow-kai! from Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger.
Episode Tropes
- Breather Episode: This episode is much Lighter and Softer than the previous few episodes before it, largely focusing on more wacky antics thanks to the presence of Zocks and Orihime Wald.
- Crossover: The first part of the Movie Release Commemorative Combo Special between Saber and Zenkaiger.
- Failed a Spot Check: Orihime Wald was sent to Touma's World in the first place because the Tozitend found yet another world they have missed out on capturing - the Kamen Rider World.
- Imagine Spot: When describing the tale of Tanbata, the scene cuts over to Touma, Kento, and Mei re-enacting the scene as Orihime, Hikoboshi, and Tentei respectively.
- Lampshade Hanging: Rintaro is the only one to call out Zocks's dancing during his transformation sequence, though he's still largely impressed by it.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: When Touma needed a piece of paper to write notes of his pirate-inspired story, Mei hands him a tanzaku paper Orihime Wald had dropped. Writing "Everyone loses their most precious item" on it, the tanzaku paper takes effect and ends up erasing all of the swordsmen's Wonder Ride Books.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Touma gets this when everyone realizes it's his fault all the Wonder Ride Books were erased.
