    Season 1 
  1. The Darkest Fathoms: Team Quest investigates when a ship seemingly captained by the legendary pirate Black Jack Lee starts attacking the seas.
  2. Escape to Questworld: While Race and Dr. Quest try to stop a nerve gas attack, Jonny, Jessie, and Hadji try to find Jeremiah Surd, the one responsible.
  3. In the Realm of the Condor: Team Quest is hired by Estella Scheele to help her locate her missing grandfather, then they find the lost city of El Dorado and some giant condors.
  4. Rage's Burning Wheel: Ezekiel Rage hijacks a space station in his latest plot to destroy the world.
  5. Ndovu's Last Journey: Jonny, Jessie and Hadji track an elephant, Ndovu, as it returns to the elephants' graveyard and try to defend it from poachers.
  6. Manhattan Maneater: A tiger is on the loose in Manhattan causing paranoia and a manhunt.
  7. East of Zanzibar: Whaling ships are being destroyed. While Dr. Quest investigates, Jonny and Hadji are swept up in a water spout and go missing.
  8. Assault on Questworld: Jeremiah Surd captures Hadji in Questworld and demands Dr. Quest and Race meet him. The problem is that the two are in the Himalayas and cannot be contacted.
  9. Ezekiel Rage: The secret agent Ezekiel Rage is betrayed and his family murdered, causing him to vow revenge on humanity and the world.note 
  10. Alien in Washington: Extraterrestrials send transmissions warning the government to stop a series of space experiments.
  11. Return of the Anasazi: Alice Starseer is pursued by the Men in Black for an alien beacon in her possession and asks Team Quest for help.
  12. The Alchemist: The greedy Dr. Montegue steals the Philosopher's Stone, which can create gold.
  13. Trouble on the Colorado: Alice Starseer invites Team Quest to her grandfather's funeral, but as they travel along the Colorado River to the site, they are attacked.
  14. In the Wake of the Mary Celeste: Dr. Quest investigates the case of the Mary Celeste, a ship where everybody on board mysteriously vanished. He finds what appears to be crop circles underwater and an area devoid of marine life.
  15. AMOK: While on an archaeological expedition in Borneo, Team Quest encounters the legendary monster AMOK and a group of terrorists.
  16. Besieged in Paradise: Jeremiah Surd learns how to control whales and has them attack people all over the world.
  17. The Spectre of the Pine Barrens: Dr. Quest, Jonny, and Hadji investigate sightings of the Jersey Devil and encounter descendants of the Redcoats and the Minutemen who are unaware that the American Revolutionary War is long over.
  18. Heroes: While Team Quest tries to repair a statue of Apollo, Jeremiah Surd is inspired to create a Greek Mythology-inspired trap in Questworld.
  19. The Ballad of Belle Bonnet: Team Quest learns the ghost of the outlaw Belle Bonnet is still guarding her lost treasure.
  20. In the Darkness of the Moon: Team Quest investigates sightings of werewolves in Canada.
  21. The Secret of the Moai: Team Quest examines the Moai Statues of Easter Island and uncovers alien technology that can alter DNA.
  22. Expedition to Khumbu: While investigating the Yeti in Nepal, Dr. Quest is betrayed and lost in an avalanche. Team Quest tries to find him.
  23. Ice Will Burn: In Siberia, Jessie falls through the ice and encounters a subterranean village where the natives worship a volcano that keeps them warm, but the volcano is starting to cool off. A girl thinks that Jessie is the "Fire-Bringer" who will save them.
  24. Future Rage: Ezekiel Rage attempts to melt the polar ice caps with a nuclear bomb.
  25. Alligators and Okeechobee Vikings: Team Quest investigates when descendants of Vikings who dress up like alligators attack a drilling rig.
  26. To Bardo and Back: Race is injured by a mad bull and goes into a coma. Dr. Quest puts him in Questworld to try to revive him.
    Season 2 
  1. The Mummies of Malenque: Jessie's mother Estella is studying the ancient Malenque civilization. A terrorist group learns the civilization's mummies hold a dark secret.
  2. Rock of Rages: Team Quest travels to the Czech Republic to examine an artifact, but General Vostok steals it and uses it to awaken a golem to try to overthrow the government.
  3. Bloodlines: After Hadji experiences disturbing childhood memories, Team Quest goes to Calcutta to try to find his childhood caretaker, Pasha Peddler.
  4. Race Against Danger: One of Race's old enemies chains Race and Jonny together and forces them to run through a deadly obstacle course.
  5. The Dark Mountain: Bigfoot is spotted stealing electrical equipment. Team Quest tries to find him before a group of hunters do.
  6. Cyberswitch: Jeremiah Surd manages to switch bodies with Race.
  7. Undersea Urgency: Monstrous amphibian beasts attack an underwater research facility.
  8. Nemesis: Dr. Zin hijacks a satellite of Dr. Quest's design and converts it into a weapon of mass destruction.
  9. DNA Doomsday: A bio computer goes out of control and endangers a military base.
  10. Ghost Quest: While sailing to Nova Scotia, Jonny, Jessie, and Hadji get stranded on an island haunted by ghosts.
  11. Nuclear Netherworld: Jonny and Hadji visit Jonny's grandfather Doug's ranch. They discover a nearby biodome is really a cover for terrorists working on weapons-grade uranium.
  12. Eclipse: While in New Orleans, a mysterious woman who is being hunted seduces Hadji.
  13. Without a Trace: Jeremiah Surd hijacks Air Force One and frames Dr. Quest for it.
  14. Village of the Doomed: While on a fishing trip in England, Dr. Quest and Jonny encounter a village where everyone is mind-controlled.
  15. Dark Sentinel: In Cameroon, Team Quest tries to examine a special sap from trees threatened by loggers. A tribe summons a demon to attack the loggers, but its presence drains the life from a young boy.
  16. Other Space: Dr. Quest and Professor Diana Cruz manage to open a portal to another dimension, but the inhabitants attempt to conquer Earth.
  17. Digital Doublecross: A virus Jeremiah Surd put in Questworld traps Jonny and Jessie in it. While they struggle to survive, Race reluctantly breaks Surd out of prison to try to get him to undo it.
  18. Thoughtscape: Jessie is brainwashed by Jeremiah Surd into attempting to assassinate her friends. Dr. Quest and Jonny enter her mind in Questworld to try to snap her out of it.
  19. The Bangalore Falcon: While visiting Pasha, Team Quest spots a falcon thought to be extinct. Some villains are also interested in it.
  20. Diamonds and Jade: In Djakarta, Race, Jonny, and Jessie work with Race's ex-girlfriend Jade to recover a stolen gem, only to discover the thieves can bring shadows to life.
  21. Edge of Yesterday: Ezekiel Rage buries a nuclear bomb two miles under the Earth's crust, where it will likely destroy the world. With little options, Dr. Quest reveals he developed a method of time travel and asks Jonny, Jessie, and Hadji to stop Rage before he plants the bomb.
  22. The Haunted Sonata: Jonny and Jessie attend a piano performance in Prague, but find the concert haunted by a ghost.
  23. General Winter: General Vostok abducts Dr. Quest and forces him to work on a weapon that will allow him to control ice itself.
  24. Night of the Zinja: When Dr. Zin apparently dies, his daughters attempt revenge on Team Quest with lifelike robots, and also attempt to assassinate politicians.
  25. The Robot Spies: Dr. Zin revives his seemingly unstoppable robot spiders and abducts Jonny, Jessie, and Estella. Dr. Quest, Race, and Jade try to rescue them while Dr. Zin intends to challenge Dr. Quest to a final duel.
  26. More Than Zero: Team Quest investigates a seemingly haunted house in Venice, and get more than they bargained for when the house's malevolent entity attacks them.
